I have came here only twice but I’ve decided I will not be coming here again, the image Im showing is my 3 cheese *chicken* flatbread as you can see you may have to squint your eyes to see the microscopic ammount of chicken. Im not the kind to write bad reviews, but with the insane price of practically $1 for a side of cheese sauce they shrunk recently. They forgot my cheese sauce for me my father and my grandma. Each and every time we came, showing me that they have a incompetence in getting the expensive dollap of cheese. Now of course the customer service and employees seem to be very freindly and i can tell they are trying. But clearly watching them; someone is making the food lightning fast that it misses all its quality and value completely. Pease out to that taco bell ✌🏾

Drove thru. Crunchy taco gross sticky wet, stuck to paper, shell broke into pieces trying to separate from paper. Had to toss both tacos. Disappointed. Drive thru window gal polite and courteous. Bean burrito with meat was very good.

Honestly I was really embarrassed today. I walked in and I was the only one there they still make you place your order on the screen which can be confusing for some people in this new technology world. I had a little over 40 bucks in my account and messed up on the order on accident but still charged my account. After charging my account the order was voided. So I did not have any remaining funds in my account to actually eat or order any food. So I left and went home starving until I can receive my funds 3 days later.

Think it funny to give some one a burrito that is broke open so bad you should have remade it? OK you just my business. For the entirety of taco bell. Only started eating it again cause it was built close to my job. Id rather drive further than deal this shit on my 30 min lunch.

Hadn’t been to a Taco Bell in ages, new place service was very good and the food even better. Had the burrito and three tacos plus drink. I couldn’t believe how big the menu was all different kind of tacos and plates and even a veggie section. Love it.

I've been to this restaurant several times since they opened and it doesn't seem like it's improved very much. It's very clean and the people seem to be very courteous but there is usually something wrong with my order. Sometimes it's small as in forgetting napkins or sauce packs, and sometimes it's actually forgetting food. But today I came in and got two items, a drink and a seven-layer burrito. I got the wrong drink and the seven layer burrito only came with three layers: the beans, rice, and lettuce. No sour cream or guacamole or tomatoes or cheese. It's very convenient to stop at this location but the convenience isn't worth it if the order is always wrong
The food itself is good but the location itself is not great. First off there is no parking at all if you plan on eating inside, the service is all kiosks, the soda machine doesn't work at all aside from the baja blast, and the chairs are like sitting on some medieval torture device. Looks like they were trying to go for a modern design but it feels very cold and uninviting inside this location.

This is my third visit. And it gets worse each time. Last time I ordered some street chalupa box, the chalupa thingies were absolutely deplorable. They were so hard and barely warm, the brc was warming and the tortilla was hard. The first time I came here I ordered 2 cheesy Gordita crunch and they were hot but an absolute mess just cheese all over that is exterior meat out the ends but dry in the middle. Today a Doritos loco taco, obliterated in the box. It was a Doritos loco taco salad. Also the speaker doesn’t pick people up which this is a new store, that’s unacceptable.
