I have to shout out this amazing food truck! After their restaurant was demolished, they've been operating out of their truck at the Food 4 Less shopping center on Nuevo Rd (by the new Target construction) right off the 215 FWY. They are there daily until 8PM. The food is consistently good and genuinely authentic. Although their menu is now limited, they have all your traditional Mexican favorites such as street Tacos, hand-made corn tortilla Tacos, Burritos, Quesadillas, Gorditas, Sopes, Huaraches, and Aguas Frescas. Also all-day breakfast like Chilaquiles, Huevos Rancheros, Breakfast Burritos. They have delicious Menudo on weekends, served with hand-made tortillas! The service is fantastic, the prices are fair, and they even have a setup with tents and tables so you can eat there. Definitely worth a visit!
