Last time I ordered from here they messed up the whole entire order, it was two hours late, and I was given completely raw chicken. I would recommend eating somewhere else.

The pictures and descriptions that you all have on Uber and Doordash are FAR from what is presented when received. I ordered the brisket melt that was described to have "creamy BBQ sauce" on it. That sandwich was delivered dryer than sandpaper with no sauce what so ever; And those fries were barely cooked. Yall definitely disappointed me!!!

First and last time ordering. Sandwiches were very hard and dry. Missing our sides for both combos. No silverware, or straws provided. Not that we needed silverware since they forgot the fruit and cucumber salad side. Overall wasn't really impressed. The dasher was great the food wasn't so great.

Paper in the good!? I'm not gonna disclose how much was spent here but ALLof the items we got were atrocious! The turkey melt had paper cooked into the sandwich...see photo below..another sandwich was almost entirely fat and the third was so tough the eater "could almost feel her teeth jiggling trying to take a bite". Save your money!

Last night a friend ordered delivery from The Meltdown. I ordered the Veggin' Out Melt: "Portobello mushroom blend, lettuce, tomato and creamy herb spread on grilled artisan bread. Get your veggies on!" The portobello mushrooms were not slices of mushrooms but crumbles of mushrooms, most of which had fallen off by the time the order reached us. I guess there is some cheese somewhere between the slices of bread, but I couldn't find it. The bread was tasty and crisp, as you would expect on a grilled cheese sandwich. The fries were thick, cut wavy, and good. I would not order from this place again.

If you are looking for a high quality grilled cheese (or even an edible one) look elsewhere. This was a disappointing end to my night, bread solid as a rock, cheese was obviously craft singles (and other cheeses) and the cheese stretch was like ripping paper. The only silver lining was that I had produced enough tears to wash down this extremely dry sandwich.

I ordered through Doordash first, then read the reviews...I was so nervous to see what I would end up getting, but no issues here! The hot mess (my fave) and turkey melt were both very tasty!
Horrible food, as pictured I ordered the Talkin turkey melt and they literally put no turkey on it. My friend got the brisket and it is too burnt to eat and the fries are gross and slimy.

Do not order from here. It's just disappointing. you think you're getting this big melty sandwich but in reality I received soggy bread with chunks of brisket and no sauce, no pickles and the cheese wasn't even melted. I ordered 2 sandwiches through door dash after being out of town and just wanting to eat and relax. This cost me $50 for food we could barely eat. Do not fall for the pictures.

Ordered through Door Dash for late night food after coming back from Disneyland and they delivered right to our hotel. Food arrived pretty fast and was nice and warm. Sandwiches were both fresh, crispy and so cheesy! Fries were not soggy and the bit of pickles on the side was a nice touch. The classic grilled cheese has 3 types of cheese and was everything you want in a traditional grilled cheese sandwich! It's delicious and had that pull as soon as you moved apart the two halves of the sandwich. Delicious This would pair awesome with some good tomato soup! The Hot Mess was an awesome sandwich with what tasted more like the most tender pot roast, mushrooms, onion, and cheese. It was a savory sandwich that was absolutely delicious and a definite reorder when we return to this area. I'd order from here again for sure!
