Walking into Waba Grill today was honestly a shock. The temperature inside was unbearable, and it felt like stepping into an oven. There was no working air conditioning, and the heat from the grills made the whole place stifling. I had planned to sit down and try the food, but there was no way I could enjoy a meal in those conditions. If it’s that uncomfortable for a customer, I can’t imagine how hard it must be on the staff who have to stay there for an entire shift. It’s disappointing because I really wanted to enjoy the experience, but the lack of a safe, comfortable environment completely ruined it.

This was my first time trying Waba Grill, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience. The food smelled great, but the inside of the restaurant was unbearably hot. There was no working air conditioning, and with the smoke from the grills, it felt suffocating.
I couldn’t even sit down to enjoy my meal because the heat inside was worse than the 100+ degree weather outside. I honestly felt bad for the employees who have to work in those conditions—it’s not safe or comfortable.
I was really looking forward to dining in, but instead, I had to leave. If this is how the restaurant usually is, I don’t think I’ll be coming back until they fix the issue.

Not sure when Waba started serving chicharrón with their chicken bowl. Most of my chicken was rock hard and the portion was as if I ordered a mini bowl. Don’t think I’ll be coming back. Maybe it’s new employees but this is the first time I’m not satisfied with the food.

Place needs a deep cleaning. Walked in this perris waba grill location on Saturday june 14 around 9:00pm and it smelled bad. I ordered two plates and my chicken plate with vegetables had a worm in it! Then the chicken was still a bit pink! Damn what a sad night because i seen all this gross stuff when i was already home and i live 15 min away wasn't worth the drive back! Just be careful yall🤢

Had food ready and they left it sitting on counter, the person packing it up saw me waiting and decided to walk to the back to wash dishes while the other 2 workers (cooks) saw me but decided not to do anything and continue talking (place was empty) waited and nothing then I call the workers asking if I can get my order that was sitting on counter
