The cashier was very patient and friendly. The Manager, Charity, is SOOO SWEET, and a great host! She went out of her way and brought sauce to the table, because we forgot it. I’m very satisfied with her customer service!

My wife and I were the only two people in the restaurant. The service was extremely slow. The Patriots were not happy looking, not festive,and not welcoming. I went up to the counter three times to see if my food was ready, and all three times it was not ready. The fries were somewhat cold to boot. I will not return to this particular restaurant. Wendy's used to be my favorite place to go for fast food.I have to rethink that now.

I went through drive-thru around 11 pm, nothing has changed. I did expect the lights on the menu boards too be fixed after 8 months. I had to drive up to see what was on the menu boards. If I wasn't so hungry, I would've left. I ordered a rather expensive Biggie Bag. On the drive home, I ate the some of the fries, quickly moved on the burger, it wasn't even lukewarm (not even greasy), ate a nugget (it was the wrong flavor, spicy), and I was so disappointed that went I got out of the car that I left my drink. On the other hand, they were really nice and provided great service.
Son of Baconator- old hard overcooked tiny pieces of bacon,the cookie was not fresh as the lady at the window promised, I've been to a few other wendys in surrounding areas and the food was fresh. The drive thru lady lied with a smile.

Make sure if you come here use the drive thru. 6 employees and not one acknowledgement but then when we use the drive thru were in n out. Stood in the dining room for 7 min at the register.
Food was pretty good. I had a Baconator, fries and drink. Kids got the Krabby Patty meal. About that; nothing special about the burger. The only difference in any way about the entire meal deal is the pineapple frosty; which was mid. The classic chocolate is much better, imo. The service was good. And food was ready fast. Inside the restaurant, there was a lot of tables and seats open, unfortunately tables were all dirty with crumbs or trash on each one. I ended up just wiping the table down myself. The other thing - not about the restaurant specifically, cause I know it’s not their fault - but the atmosphere at the location is pretty sketchy. In the short time I was there, I encountered a shady looking guy (appeared to be homeless) and he was begging me for money. Then across the parking lot (near the large water pipes) there was another guy with his shirt off, lots of tattoos (who also appeared to be homeless; and maybe even higher than a kite on drugs); because this dude was kicking a trash bag near him, throwing punches in the air, appeared as if he was talking to himself, and just a general upset appearance. Don’t know if Wendy’s can do anything regarding any of that; but just putting it out there for peoples situational awareness that these things exist at this location of Wendy’s. But anyways, food and service was good. This visit was a 3 for cleanliness and the homeless bro’s ruining the overall atmosphere, safety and security of the dining experience. I would eat here again, but maybe take it to go instead.

This is my one stop to eat when I don't want to cook. Food is always fresh. Customer service is great, and the restaurant is always clean.i do recommend that you either eat there orbisit the drive-thru. Enjoy!
