So let me start by saying I was not going to say much except about their pricing at this location. I have been to different winerschnitzel's in different cities and all of the ones I have been to pricing is dollars cheaper. I just wanted chili cheese fries burritos because you can eat on the go and most winerschnitzels I have been to have them priced at 1.99 each. Not this location it's 2.99 each I mean what is that about. The food was fresh but come on price point is not okay. Now that was going to be the end of my comment but oh along came sherry the manager. Poor sherry tells us really have you feel about making 20 an hr or more since you are a manager while the rest of us working at retail stores and gas stations make 16.50 an hr. Well miss sherry feels like she hates her job and the money is not enough because she was rude,short tempered,and you can see it all over her face. Now the parts about her hating her good paying job and not enough money was all me but everything else well yep you guessed it all sherry. Miss sherry needs to get it together because being a manager is more you have to leave all feelings,frustrations,and your crap at the door. Being a store manager most of my adult life I of course want to go off on people all the time but that's when being a professional comes in and stops you because it's not good for you or the company. I really hope sherry figures it out along with this store because with prices being higher then any other store I will not be returning.

two female eployees the other day were being incredibly rude, one at the counter and one from the back, massive attitudes very unhelpful even to their own third employee who was trying her best with my special order at the counter, very rude was a diffrent worker when i asked to redeem the survey afterwards for a free corn dog, almost like they were mad I actually redeemed it? They also did not seem to want my family of 4 to dine in although it was around 3-4pm and we had made a large order, blonde lady had tried bagging my order before it was placed on a tray and fixed by someone else. Even after I went back to buy more for my children they ignored my concerns over their treatment to others and overall attitude- feels and looks like a VERY unwelcoming environment.

I had an amazing experience at Wienerschnitzel today! The food was absolutely delicious—crispy, golden fish strips cooked to perfection, paired with hot, fresh fries. The highlight of my meal was the cotton candy shake—it was creamy, sweet, and had the perfect nostalgic flavor!
What made the visit even better was the exceptional service. Genesis was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out!
The restaurant was also very clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. It's clear that they care about their food, service, and overall customer experience. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be coming back!

This is one of my favorite places to grab a quick bite. The shop is always clean the service is good and the hotdogs are excellent. Also the shakes and drinks are a big plus. I orders a Deluxe Dog.

I spent over $30 on 2 chili dogs and chili cheese fries and mini corn dogs. They barely added any chili, you couldn't even tell there was chili on the hotdogs. For the cost, they are cheap with their toppings
Kids wanted some corn dogs and chili dogs so decided to come here today. Not only are they slow service and overpriced but they messed up my order. The manager was rude and didn’t care to help me. She didn’t give me a receipt when I paid for my food so when I came right back I had to describe my whole order. She didn’t seem to care that she messed my order up and just gave me my item I was missing and no sorry or nothing. Will not be back.

I usually only get a polish dog. With very rare exceptions, I go through the drive-through. The staff I have encountered at this establishment over the years seems to be high school age. They always are polite and pleasant.
When I have gone into the restaurant, it's very plain. I'm focused on the service and getting my dog.

Went through the drive thru between 11:00pm -11:45pm and ordered my first item, drive through lady anything else me after every item order til I just gave up and said that's it. Got to the window, the lady with 2 big ponytails had a major attitude. Slammed the window, and kept rolling her eyes. Clearly she's not happy working there. The lobby was closed, however; she did alow someone in whom I'm guessing bought her flowers and she in return gave him a free shake/blast. She was on her cell phone while working drive through. She pretty much tossed my order to me. I had to wait 3 mins until she finished laughing and talking to her friend to let her know she forgot to give me my medium fries. She threw my fries in the bag and handed me my order with attitude. She is a terrible person to represent your business. You really need to re-evaluate this employee if you want continued business from me. UPDATE: young lady's name is 1014 Makaila (printed on receipt)
