Always fresh, great selection. Busy or not the wait isnt long and well worth any wait. The coffee is delicious and fresh the service is always great as well!! Try the cappuccino mixed half with coffee its better than starbucks. The parking could use some expanding but early worms gets the worm.

Didn't even know Winchell's was still around. Used to go to one in Orange County over 30yrs ago and loved it. I had to stop by and am glad I did. Just got donuts this time around but they were as good as I remember them.

Awful costumer service just tried to go get my son a donut and tried to use the restroom to wash his hands and they lied about the restroom being out of service!!! One employee asks another one if it’s out of service and they all look at each other and say yes!! The girl helping me seemed like she wanted to say something else.
Donuts were fresh and but price was a little high for the dozen. I'll still be back tho!!

Winchell is my go-to place when I get off work now. The lady at night (2AM) is very nice and helpful. They have WAY better donuts here than the donutshop by my house in Homeland. The sandwiches are great, and coffee is good. I will keep coming back. Thank you.

Worst customer service experience I have had all year. First.. don’t stop in here if you think it’s a good idea to wash your hands before you eat. According to the sales associate “it’s closed” and when l asked if it was out of order all she could say was “it’s closed” then l asked to speak with a manager she said “no” and honestly l had the impression that she perhaps didn’t understand what l was asking her. Next a different woman came and claimed to be the manager. So l asked her why it was that l could see they have a restroom that they refuse to allow customers to use to even wash their hands. Her response “My bathroom is for my employees only and it’s closed at night”. So then she turned to leave the counter and the previous language limited girl was already in the back room.., so l asked the “manager” is someone going to possibly help me buy some doughnuts. And then she acted like l was asking her for a favor and that’s when l got a little bit tired of the whole situation and l said “I am going to write a very nasty letter to Winchells corporation “! And then the “manager” refused to even sell me any donuts. So .. all-in-all …, My experience was not pleasant, and at least for me the Service was terrible and in fact … unobtainable!! I will not ever go there again and l would say enter at your own risk. I’ve never seen such unprofessional behavior. The two ladies acted as though all l wanted was to use their restroom, and since l couldn’t they were done with me.. For me it was like Twilight Zone!!

Donuts look great, huge but lack flavor. Apple Fritters had maybe a spoon of actual apples. The Bear Claw had apples in it. Why? The donut cake has a slightly off flavor. First time, last time.
