Been ordering here for a few times and every time their online ordering for pick up is never accurate. Each time an order is placed it gives at least 20 minute wait time, my family usually waits 30 because we know how it can be but even then to go to pick up the order it’s never ready and it’s ANOTHER 30 minute wait inside the store waiting for an online pick up order. The staff is never really engaged and doesn’t say anything other than “we are backed up” yeah yeah yeah. There’s no sorry or any accommodations of even having to wait a whole hour after I placed an order online. Such a shame and after 3 times I think it’s safe to say we won’t be ordering here anymore or at least this location..

Do not order Uber from here. They take forever! I ordered wings an hour and a half ago. It shows the driver has been waiting there for over 45 minutes and so I decided to just cancel. 😡 Expecting a full refund.

Came in and was greeted by the staff. It's rare now a days that places greet and engage with the customers. Food was perfect. Mathew was super friendly and gave amazing customer service was quick with the order and everything came exactly the way Iasked.

It doesnt matter whether you order online or over the phone, they falsely state the wait time will be between 8-13 minutes, no matter what the real wait time is. For this particular one in Perris, the REAL wait time is minimal 35-40 minutes……………

Placed my order for 3:45pm pick up, AN HOUR later my order was ready. Yes, I had to wait in store an hour until my order was ready. Multiple customers have come back in for “remake” orders as I’m standing here waiting. Someone came in saying they had an interview for the job and was told to reschedule because they were not ready for him today. Would not recommend this location. Ever. Clearly understaffed but being understaffed is not an excuse for incompetence.

I keep trying to give this Wingstop second chances, and they always disappoint. Every time I order from them, Something is wrong. Either the wait is over 30 minutes of what the pick up time said it was, or they get my order wrong or it has very light seasoning, flavorless. Always packed and look like a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off. Bring in Brand new staff all around starting with management
