I placed a carryout order and I forgot to request extra lemon pepper sauce. I called and spoke with Malachi, I asked for the extra sauce. I also requested my wings to be fried soft. He totally understood the assignment. kudos Malachi! My four-year-old daughter stated she had the best chicken ever. I called the store to thank him, again. Great customer service skills.

This 5 star review goes to the staff! They work really hard. They hustle to get your orders out. Guys I appreciate you! This location is super busy on weekends, specially for dinner time. I waited a long time, but the order was fresh when I got it and tasted good. The management is friendly and respectful. I do order often, specially on weekends, but plan ahead and order in advance online.

This is an edit to an existing negative review. This place is proof how one very capable and well-aware manager can change a place entirely.

Recently, we've had the pleasure of picking up food while while Lynda, a very hands-on and hard working manager, was on duty. She really showed excellent customer care while supporting her staff and promoting a good working pace.

We were very happy to see that Lynda was ready to fix issues tactfully...
