I had a very upsetting experience at this Yogurtland location. The manager on duty was extremely rude and unprofessional, especially toward children. I witnessed the manager yelling at kids in a way that was completely inappropriate and uncalled for. It was loud, aggressive, and made several families visibly uncomfortable.
This is supposed to be a fun, family-friendly environment, but the way this manager handled the situation was the exact opposite. Children should never be spoken to in that tone—especially in a public setting over something that could have been handled calmly and respectfully.
We ended up leaving early and won’t be returning to this location. I hope Yogurtland takes this seriously and provides better training in professionalism and customer service—especially when it comes to interacting with children.

My mom decided to take me and her grandkids out for a treat because my son scored his first goal. We went to this location just before 8 pm. When we arrived my mom set up the biggest table for all of us to enjoy the yogurt inside, while I stayed with the kids. By the time she joined us at the yogurt machines, the staff re- collected the chairs, stacking them, and undoing my mom's set up. We told her we are sitting down and the staff didn't even apologize for it. My mom had to re-set the table. After getting our yogurt, my son needed to use the restroom, and the staff was cleaning it BEFORE CLOSING TIME. My son waited as long as he could, but the staff wouldn't let him use it. She said he had to wait 15 Mins for her to clean it. (Mind you, it's a small 1 person bathroom and they only have one). We used the restroom next door (THANK YOU Pieology). Finally, the staff told us they were closing and told us we had to leave?!? We were completely confused and upset about the poor professionalism of this establishment. we left this location with nothing but bad memories. Will never return to this store.

I Was there 15 min before closing (9:45) on March 1st. Doors were closed and people inside were in a rush to get out of there and not let us in even though it wasn’t closing time. Very unprofessional of a business. I went to Baskin-Robbins across the parking lot that wanted our business even though they also closed at 10

The frozen yogurt tasted amazing. I just wish there was more places to sit. It was my son's first time there and we couldn't sit anywhere but in the car in the parking lot which kinda took away from his first experience. The price is a little high. And there's a chocolate covered gummy bear 'topping' that is horrible! I thought it was chocolate covered teddy grahms.. it wasn't! Chocolate covered gummy bears instead 🤢 the worst flavor EVER.

came here afterschool and bought yogurt with my friend planning to study after. we had finished eating when we finally pulled the achool work out and an indian lady told us that they arent like starbucks and we couldnt study there in a rude way. before she told us that she stared at us weirdly. dont come here,

There is an Indian lady that works there, has such a horrible attitude. Brought my kids to eat some yogurt, I proceeded to use a coupon when paying and this person rolled her eyes and had a nasty attitude.

Me and some of my friends went here after picking up our kids after the first week of school. They were happy and were laughing in the store like kids do until a rude employee began berating the kids for being too loud and possibly disturbing future customers. It scared the kids and ruined their day, one even almost crying from the encounter. She didn’t even talk to us, the parents, first to let us handle the noise. She just went straight to yelling at the kids. Horrible way to treat patrons. Will NOT be coming here again!

I’m so devastated all I wanted was some yogurt land after a long day & when I pulled up they were closed. It’s only 9:25 & it says they close at 10. Now I’m gonna have to go to stater brothers to get ingredients & make my own concoction ?? update the online hours already!
