Had a very nice Beyond Burger here and enjoyed sitting outside in the sun. Service was excellent and very friendly. Didn't love the chicken strips or fries but will definitely come back for a burger

Chicken strips were so good! Salad was large and flavorful. Burger and bacon were cooked well. Bacon was not crispy but not chewy. Lots of sauce and condiment options.

I really wanted this restaurant to be good, but it’s absolutely maddening. It’s supporting local producers and is right in town, so I can walk there.
I’ve worked in fast food before and spent years in hospitality. It’s hard work and I empathize. But the customer service here is wretched and despite feedback, clearly there’s no interest in making any changes. You just get told you’re wrong.
By coming here you’re paying too much for a marginally-above-average hamburger to be treated this rude. Skip this spot and go to In and Out.

This was our first visit. The food was very good at Acme Burger. I ordered the Acme hamburger and my wife ordered the green salad with fried fish, cod I think, on top. Per the 2 signs, we ordered using the QR code/ website. Our order took 20 minutes to get served to us. Other customers that ordered after us at the counter recd their orders @15mins. Way too long to wait, in my opinion. We'll eat there again, but we'll be prepared to wait for our food next time.

Overall fantastic experience. Their cheeseburger is actually one of the best ones I've had in the US. Their fries were also okay but the ranch sauce was just something else. Definitely a must if I come back to Petaluma!
