They only offered rare, medium, well done versions. That said their rare was barely medium rare from my perspective. Great service, however the burger was mediocre. The bun became soggy very quickly. The fries were quite good though

WORST BURGER EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.
I don’t even know where to start. The burgers were an absolute travesty. The bun was stale, like it had been left out for days. The patty was dry, flavorless, and thinner than my patience after waiting 30 minutes for this disaster to arrive. And don’t even get me started on the “cheese”—a sad, melted smear of cheap, tasteless goo. (Which was a extra $2 dollars)
The fries? (Which also costed extra) A soggy, oily mess that tasted like they were fried in last month’s grease. And the service? Horrendous. The staff looked like they’d rather be anywhere else and couldn’t care less about the customers. Asking for a napkin felt like asking for a kidney donation.
Oh, and the prices? OUTRAGEOUS. I paid premium prices for what felt like a punishment. I wouldn’t feed this garbage to my worst enemy.
Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy wasting your money and ruining your day. I’d give it zero stars if I could!

I freaking love these burgers! Sooo good! Amazing! My go- to is the Beyond + pepperjack + caramelized onions +sliced jalapeños+ chipotle aioli ? And the truffle fries are no joke. ALSO, those PICKLES!!!! So much love for Acme ?

Brought my family hear for the first time. Live near by. Everything was fine until we asked for ketchup. The ketchup bin was empty. When my wife ask for some from the counter. The blond girl working wouldn't even look at her. Told her the ketchup was out there. Completely rude and a dismissive attitude, as if we were annoying her. Burgers where well done. Over cooked. Spending 75$ for some Burgers you would think the staff (the blond) would be a little more considerate and a little less self centered. We will not be going back or recommend this place.

To get good reviews on your food, you first have to be able to serve people. Absolutely horrible service. I wait in a 15 minute line only to be told once I get to the register that it’ll be another half hour wait for food. There were no more than eight people in line, and at least that many people working there. I don’t understand how you can’t do better.
Solid burger. Excellent fries. Good Gluten free bun option. Pickle bar! Burger patty slightly overcooked and under salted if I’m being a critic.

A nice selection of different burgers. My son had a regular cheeseburger and I had the Ahi. They were both very tasty. Nice outdoor seating. Former neighborhood gas station.

It's unlike me, but I didn't take photos of my food here... Because it was so delicious I didn't want to wait! I had the ahi tuna burger and loved all the flavors working together, wasabi mayo and pineapple with perfectly seared tuna.... The sweet tater tots seemed homemade, and were delicious! My husband and son enjoyed their burgers and the complimentary pickled veggies were fantastic, especially the dill pickle slices. Now if we can only get them to expand to SoCal!
