Came in for 2 2 scoop ice cream sundaes tonight. I have to tell you, we barely even got one very small scoop. Supposed to be a 2 scoop sundae. This is the second time within a month that this very unfortunate experience happened! Totally bummed and feel ripped off. Well, looks like we will have to take our business elsewhere. Bye Bye B&R.. Do yourself a favor people, Fruita is right around the corner which is bomb.. And they will take care of you and give you what you paid for and with a smile!!

I'm happy to say that recently I've had 2 very good experiences at the Petaluma Baskin-Robbins. A few years ago I ordered 2 very special ice cream cakes for a family reunion.The person wrotemy order down & I had the receipt. I had prepaid about $60 for the 2. Got there for pick up but they had no record of it. They then looked at the order book & found my order but they said the cakes probably hadn't come in yet. I asked for the manager's contact info. The young kids behind the counter said they didn't know him & he only came in every 3 months. It went downhill from there.I think it must have a new owner or manager now. Much better. I might even order a special cake just to see what happens.

It's B&R...how can you go wrong...good ice cream... prices are still reasonable...the staff are all HS kids so be nice when they are slammed!!
The girls were busy as hell but they noted who came in and the order they entered. I gave them a 4 because the ice cream I wanted wasn't in from corporate yet, but was listed as available in Nov. Not their fault, but I was disappointed. Oh well, I think I'll survive.
