Absolute terrifying experience! Waiter was the worst ive dealt with so far in my life. Slammed our drink on the table because he was upset that it was his first day. You could see the carbonation all come to the top after he slammed out drinks. After he place the complete wrong order into the system to the point where I thought we got someone elses order. I then spoke to a different employee and they explained he was new which is understandable but the hostility should never be directed toward a customer. Will most likely never return to this establishment.

First time there everything was just great...was with my babe.and daughter. So it was just perfect.....go alot to santa rosa..so on way back.we stopped there...name of girl who served us...didn't get to ask....but she was nice......

They always mess up something in my order whenever I order online. One time they gave me someone else’s order (but with our tag order on the bag) and we came back but they fixed it. Another time, we ordered boneless wings and bone-in but they gave us both boneless. They were quick to give us our bone-in order but I think it’s odd how there’s always a little mess up every time we order online… food still be bussin bussin tho.

Its a good place for happy hour. Lots of TVs.

I just went there, they didn't even check my order, they gave me two orders of 20 wings of the sauces that are not spicy, I ordered online 20 wings that were supposed to be spicy and 20 not that spicy, they just looked at 1 order and make whatever they wanted, I live far from there I couldn't just come back from where I live to change it plus it was late already, so bad really, so disappointed, they ruined our dinner.

Bad experience at this location. The place was empty. A few groups of customers. 9pm on a Saturday night. There were no employees to be found. We waited almost 5 minutes before someone came out and sat us. There were 14 dirty tables so they had to clean one for us.

After the lunch rush I asked to do the Blazin' Challenge and they sprang into action.
Tables and floors were clean, staff was attentive and friendly.
Food came out hot after a reasonable about of time.

Went to Buffalo Wild Wings to eat and watch some sports with my lady. The food and service was excellent. I got the Bone-In Wings (Buffalo Blue Sauce) & Boneless Wings (BBQ Ranch Sauce) Combo w/Wedge Potatoes, Coleslaw and Stella Artois & Spiked Cherry Limade. My girl got Boneless Wings (BBQ Ranch Sauce & Teriyaki Sauce) w/Wedge Potatoes and Blue Watermelon Cooler & Lariat Lodge. Taylor our server was great. She was on top of her game. 🦬

Service is slow and bar takes for ever even when place is empty. I love wings so I'm usually always here to eat but I feel service hasn't improved.

We got there at 6:20 and took our order finally at 7, then waited until 8pm to still not have our food. We left without food. Normally their service is bad but this time it was so bad we had to leave. Don’t go here.
