Tried to go there for the first time yesterday around 530. I think there was about four tables with maybe a total of 12 people total. The bar was a disaster with leftover drinks and food. Two tables were the same way. After five minutes, I left. 3 employees in the restaurant couldn’t handle a dozen people and or clean up the tables.

This place has really gone downhill. My family and I tried this place for the third time and it was awful. The service was ok, the food was forgettible but worst of all was the wait to get anything in our table. We waited close to an hour to get our food and it wasn't busy. Some people actually walked out because of how long their food was taking. It was crazy.The care the staff put into anything now is pretty much close to none.

Very bad experience, I definitely do not recommend this restaurant, very bad service, the employee who served us did not bring us what we ordered, 15 wings and 6 hamburgers, also the drinks, I only brought the drinks and the wings, the hamburgers never arrived and I kept the bill and he was charging me 45 wings and a beer that no one ordered nor did I bring it... I told him why he charged me that and very angry he took the receipt from me and took me another one and he was also charging me for things that he never brought and I definitely didn't ask for a very bad one experience I will never return to that place nor will my family.

Super bad service,Nobody attended to us and when they finally seated us they brought us our drinks,We arrived at the restaurant at 5:30 and they served us our wings until 6:45 (we ordered 30 and they brought us 17) when we told the waitress she got super angry she was almost throwing things at us and we better left ?

I just left this place. Stood at host desk for 20mins. Nobody came to seat us. While my party of 5 stood there 3 other large parties came and left as wel. Its not that they didn't have open tables or tons of staff running around because they had both. All the open tabke were durty. Nobody even attempted to clean them. Tons of staff working but nobody helping the front at all. Wth. Will never go here again. An BUFFALO ww is my favorite place to eat. You loose
