Dining room is clean but bathrooms are not...they let vagrants use them as I could see.

Placed an order online showed it went through. They’re claiming they didn’t have anything even though I paid for it and we’re zero helpful. I’m trying to figure it out just kept saying we don’t show your name and basically walked off. Told me to re-order if I wanted food Told him that’s a joke. I’m not paying for something twice because they can’t do their job.

I usually hit a fast food drive-thru when I'm in a hurry and just want something quick. I dropped by this VK location today for that very reason. I had to explain my simple order 3 times. The order was given to me with no straw for the drink and no napkins. With nobody behind me, I backed up and asked for those items. As I'm opening the sandwich, I found there wasn't any cheese, which I asked for... 3 times. I had to go back, went inside and had to explain it several more times before they understoodwhat I wanted. And these folks expect to make $20 or more per hour? These were adults, not young folks learning about being in the workplace. Sad.

I'd give no stars on service. The manager in the morning should be fired. Everyone ignores you, and no one ever understands what you want even when forced inside to order. I come to this location because it's close to work but I swear, I will not come back unless they make some changes. They are simply awful and don't care about the customer

The Temperature inside the restaurant is always way hot And on a cold day they keep it really cold inside it's as if they do not want people being inside the lobby.
The Swiss mashroom melt meal was excellent, fries were fresh and well seasoned. Must try 😋
