Almost always do late night drive thru here, always consistently good food and good people, noticeably better especially for the money than other fast food places that rhyme with "folden marches" lol

Cashier was rude told my son and I that bbq sauce was not an option on his burger. When he clarified with her that he could not add bbq sauce. I told him when we got home I would show him in the burger King app for this location he could add bbq sauce just an additional 25 cent charge to the burger. The casjmhier quickly doubled back on what she was telling him asked him if he wanted bbq sauce added and finished processing our order. Passing me dirty looks the entire time and only addressing my son to the point she handed him my change while in the one who passed payment to her.

I'm leaving a review here because, once again, they didn't give me my receipt. Didn't even ask if I wanted it. Of course, when I went through the drive-thru and got to the window, he was too busy taking the next persons order to even look at me. Didn't even get a chance to ask for sauce before he shut the window.Was the food good? Yes, though I'm rather irritated that, even though I asked for extra pickles and was charged accordingly, apparently "extra" means 2 more slices. If I'm getting charged .20 for an extra topping, I would expect a decent amount to be on there.Overall, a bit of an underwhelming experience.

Stayed across the street at Quality Inn ... only breakfast bar there.Walk over for a Burger King Whopper Meal for dinner .... you can loiter at the unlimited soda refill bar till you puke.

You know, I’m coming in bk for food only, not for a service employee said hi when I come and give me a smile :) it’s enough! and you know, sometimes I come in bad places, where whoppers are not tasty, as they could be. So about MY type of whoppers: they are good here. Fries was not so good as whopper, but it’s not matter, because two small whoppers was fresh and good and were cooked fast and without mistakes. I need bk only for them, that’s it =) thank you.

I tried to order at the sign, but the rude woman just kept screaming, "hello I can't hear you," through the speaker. So, I drove around to the window to order and she said, "you have to order at the sign." I replied that I tried to order, but you couldn't hear me. To which she screamed at me in mocking tone "go order at the sign." I will never be back. Very rude.
Always the freshest Impossible Burger a guy could dream of. I'd drive to Petaluma again just for the smiling faces of Burger King.

Terrible service and a bad attitude.. I asked for my food well done! The General Manager MARIA, replied with an attitude that if I wanted the burger well done the Patties were gonna be burned! (WITH AN ATTITUDE) to be a general manager she should be the one showing all the employees that EVERY costumer should be treated with a nice attitude.. ALSO, I asked for ranch and BBQ. She told me to decided which one I wanted because the second one would have to be charged! I had more than one burger.. also, if you were heard her how she talks to the cooks... We all have bad days, but work is work.. I work in a food industry and trust me, costumer service and treating employees with respect should be really important. Specially for a manager.

I haven't been a very big Burger King fan but lately, my friend and I we can't really put a whopper away in a long time ago. My boyfriend introduced me to the chicken sandwich the long one and that was delightful so good job but you know what before you open get the milkshake machine up and running please
