The Ribeye Steak and the Chicken Picatta was amazing and the mashed potatoes and veggies were delicious. Topped off with Tiramisu and a 10 year tawny was great. And it was fun the waiters and busser were really friendly and fun.

This is our neighbors favorite and he had helped us with a project so took him here as a Thank You. My wife and I had not settled on a "Favorite" Italian restaurant in our area and had not had dinner here before. I had the Calamari Doré and my wife the Petrale Sole, plus a Cesar Salad. And the Tiramisu for desert. The Calamari was tender withe the right among of tang in the sauce. Mixed veggies were correctly presented being mildly aldante, along with a whipped, real, mashed potatoes. Cesar salad fresh and crisp w right amount of flavorfull dressing. My wife's Petrale Sole, perfectly tender, flavorful with same accompaniment of sautéed mixed fresh vegetables and whipped mashed potatoes. Will be back!

We love Giostra! We love the food here! Every course is delicious and we have never had a dish we didn't love. The wait staff is phenomenal! They do their jobs well, but more than that, we love that the same staff have been there since we moved here! This is the kind of place that makes you feel right at home, and that is in large part because the staff treat you like part of the family!

The go to Eastside Petaluma restaurant. If you live in Petaluma and haven't eaten here you can't call yourself a Petalumin. The most consistent service and food quality anywhere. Italian cuisine you remember from your grandmother's kitchen. You will not be disappointed.
We have been looking forward to another visit since 2017. The food is still as amazing as it was then. The service is flawless, and the atmosphere is spot on. I hope we don't have to wait 7 years to come back.

I was unfortunate and had to sit outside in the tented area looking out on the parking lot, but that barely tented how much I enjoyed my visit. I was a last minute drop-in, alone and obviously not going to be a big money-maker. Despite that the waiters were extremely attentive and I felt cared for. The food was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be back.

So delicious. Every plate we get is delicious. It is a small place but they have outside seating. It is busier on weekends. All the waiters are very attentive to one and they greet us promptly. They know their dishes very well so any question we ask they know about it. Seasoning is on point. Thank you!
Food ain't what it used to be. Rather mediocre to those of us who have eaten there regularly.On departure the manager ran after us for leaving only a $10 tip explaining there was a surcharge for 6 or more - but - it wasn't on the menu or the bill!
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy handicap parking and now that the entry counter has been removed, easier wheelchair entry.
