Outdoor seating and a great selection of beverages! Staff is friendly and fast
Well, I used to come here with my dad in the late 70s when it was the only liquor store in town besides the supermarkets. I’m quite happy to see how it’s changed and that now it is a full-service deli.
I went in, hoping for a sandwich I saw on social media only to find out. It is only available on Fridays. That’s totally fine with me, of course. So I tried the Reuben, which was not bad at all. Not the best Reuben I’ve ever had but still top-notch.
It’s bigger than I remember as well. I don’t know if they’re remodeling an expansion included more space but it definitely seems larger than I remember.
I’m going back during my lunch break on Friday to get that sandwich !!!!
I’ve looked all over Petaluma for a Deli, especially an Italian Deli, just for an actual real Italian Sub. This is a great secret spot, tap room, deli, excellent store for Liquor Related Gifts. Off the path other than all the people coming into town from the South. But if you don’t look, you will surely miss this spot.
I found the Brooklyn Bridge on the Menu and it was as close as you can get to a real Italian Sub, best in Town so far.

Had to take a gilding over to Lombardi's little homestead and passed by Charley's Wine Country Deli and thought...Hey...I'll grab a sando since I'm right here and besides, Lee tells me it the best deli in Petaluma!
And, you know what...he was right, my smoked Turkey sandwich was Amazing! ☆☆☆☆☆

This place makes an awesome sandwich. Good selection of wine and beer to choose from while you wait. Everything you need for a wine country picnic.
