This has been the third location I’ve been to in a week. I couldn’t get enough but, after this burrito I have had enough. Where to begin. First, there’s plenty of parking as the location is in a small shopping center. It’s easy to find and wasn’t busy for 545pm on a Saturday night. There was three customers total inside and a server and a cashier greet you when you walk in. We were just there to pick up our orders, which we were unfortunately 15 minutes late picking up due to traffic. Our food seemed like it had been sitting out for far longer than those 15 minutes. This was a very disappointing experience for all three of us. To start, my sofritas burrito looked soggy and was dripping juice down when I unwrapped it. I had to use three napkins to catch it all before it got on me. It was completely cold from the inside of the burrito to the outside of the foil. The brown rice was hard as if it was not cooked long enough, almost to the point of an uncooked crunch. It’s fun to try and get the first bite on the sour cream side of the burrito, but this time there was no sour cream on the first bite or the last bite which was sad because it always adds a nice flavor to the burrito. As for the steak burrito bowls, they were better, but still not satisfying. As mentioned in other reviews, the portions to not even fill up the bowl like it should. If the contents of the bowls made at this location were to be poured into a tortilla, it would be a very small burrito. A tortilla was ordered on the side and it was hard and difficult to pull apart as if it was old. The sour cream tasted funny and there was just absolutely no warmth to any of our orders. After a day at the beach, we had all looked forward to a delicious meal from Chipotle as we’ve experienced at other locations in the past. We were all sadly disappointed. The funny thing is we spun the wheel to pick between three places to eat. Out of 2 rounds, 6 spins, and best out of 3, we ended up choosing Chipotle on our own because it wouldn’t get chosen on the wheel. We should have gone with the choices chosen on the wheel.

Three times in a row thatbi have gone and they were out of something. One time cheese which meant we had to leave. Tonight no chips, lettuce or mild salsa. Not sure why they are so bad at ordering at this location. And with the price already being outrageously high its just not worth going just to have them out of things every time.

The barbocoa at this location is always SO good. When I order through door dash they always hook it up.
We eat here at least once a week. They are always out of chips and guac by 8:00. Some times the portions are tiny - when you get a regular portion it's like you won the lottery! Some of the staff are really nice and friendly, some act annoyed by customers. Often the trash is overflowing in the dining area. The drink area is also a mess.

Perhaps the worst chipotle in the county. We recently began eating at chipotle again as hubby can build a low sodium burrito bowl to meet his dietary needs. Upon entering only one person at counter and one couple eating.. the woman at the counter looked hostile and was unpleasant to the man in front of us as she built his bowl. It's apparent she is not customer service orientated and was annoyed at his requests. She scraped the last bits of carne asada and gave him 5 little pieces he wanted more- she was annoyed, walked away and told someone who then glared at our direction then the lady returned with 3 slices of meat and she added that to his bowl. He said something and she ignored him moving on. When it's our turn, no smile, no greet just glaring as we are another inconvenience. I explain hubby is on a low sodium diet for his heart and ask if it's possible to get diced tomatoes and onions on his bowl. She looked at us as if we were insane. Again I asked.. she got a supervisor over. Again we explained we want just chopped tomato and onion instead of the salsa because of sodium. He looked in the kitchen - sorry we can't do that. We don't have any. Hubby builds his sad bowl, the lady is stingy on portions had to ask for extra lettuce, extra veg.. she was annoyed. My bowl - lite rice (1/4 cup), light beans, 2 TBS, veg - small pinch, carne asada- they had just refilled - she gives me 4 pieces - can I get more I ask in disbelief - she gives me 2 more pieces - seriously??? She glares and ads another strip that is maybe the size of a quarter glaring.. again lettuce was minimal I got the pico. As we go to pay in the view of the register - 20lbs of red onions peeled in 2 bus tubs and ready for chopping.. Nothing about this visit was friendly or inviting. We sit down for our meal and begin pulling out bad spinach.. totally understand why this location has such low rating- they need refresher in training.

The experience can be great but can also go not well depending on the day and staffing. I've gone at least 10x to this location and half of those visits they are out of at least 1 item I wanted in my bowl. Sometimes they are out of 3-4 items and it's a bummer. The staff is generally nice and helpful but have been helped a few times by people that give you very small portions. Overall convenient and reasonable still to keep going!

It's dinner time 6:15 on a Tuesday at the Petaluma chipotle and they have nothing but fake meat and one type of steak. But what is funny is all door dash orders are getting filled from the back kitchen. Basically they don't give a crap about the walk in customers. This place is a joke.
