Extremely sweet staff! This review is not directed towards the staff but rather possibly to the maintenance tech or whoever controls the equipment. More than once I received melted ice cream. Literally, when I walked out the door I noticed the mango sorbet was melted.... I felt bad going back and was also informed that replacing my melted ice cream was a 'one time thing.' Would you please be so kind to ask the repairman to fix the ice cream fridge temperatures (lower it to make the ice cream not melt) and can you also ask the repairman to please make sure that the 'coldstone' is actually cold enough to ensure customers don't receive melted ice cream.

Quick and friendly service. We had many questions (young kids) and were given service with a smile the whole time.

Ice cream was ok. I was just so surprised that they turned the lights off as I was in the store buying my ice cream. The person helping me laughted she thought it was funny. This was at 8:20 when they close at 9:00.

I don’t like leaving reviews but this was necessary. This place was really bad, like any other place that relies on its employees for any customer service. Employees these days are either just plain stupid or don’t care or lazy. I simply asked for a signature coffee flavor and asked if I could have 1/2 coffee and 1/2 chocolate ice cream instead of all coffee. You would thought I asked them for their first born for my generation or their cell phone for this youngster’s generation. She argued with me that this was not possible. I said really we can use a baboons heart to save a human life and you can’t substitute one flavor for another. She replied with an attitude not to mention the concept seemed impossible to her. I ended up just asking her to make me what I wanted. It came out to be the same signature dish with the substituted ice cream flavor for half the ice cream. It cost me a whopping 50 cents more. It seemed like a lot of negative discussion to get there. I also need to mention that after our negative exchange that she proceeded to give me maybe half the regular scoop of toppings. She sure showed me. The owner should fire the girl who was working at 3:30 on Tuesday 10/1/2024. Or at least give me my money back for the shorted toppings. I’m not sure who is training these kids or raising them but you should be ashamed. What happened to the reply of “let’s see what we can do. I’m sure we can get you what you need”. These kids and employees spend so much time being lazy and crummy employees instead of being part of the solution it’s beyond my comprehension how any of these places stay in business. I’m going back to Baskin Robbin’s. At least those kids are happy and try to help you with a smile. Seriously something should be done to improve your service.

Went in on a Friday night more than an hour before closing and they said they couldn’t mix any toppings in. I asked 2 former employees who worked at this location and they said it was not something they would ever do unless someone had come in within 10 minutes of closing. The employees are simply being lazy.

Went there at 8:25 last night and was told that they cannot do any mixins within 30 minutes of close because they shut the mix block down. I have never experienced that before, seemed more likely that they wanted to go home so we left and did not order.
