I had the blackberry, classic SoCo style, and the peaches and cream. All these flavors are absolutely amazing and I just love her bubbly personality!!! I would go to her again and again for her cheesecake and I recommend others do too. This young lady has a career selling cheesecakes!!!

Most recent delights purchased in Gurneville at woman’s weekend, with every flavor I’ve had how do you pick a favorite they all made my toes curl!!!!

I first tried one of her cheesecakes a few years back with a whole lot of skepticism. I've never like cheesecakes, or cream cheese in general, and was incredibly floored by the smooth, creamy texture, the amazing flavor profile of the blueberries and peaches, and let's not forget the delicious homemade whipped cream! Ive been hooked from first bute! The best piece of advice for anyone looking for a great cheesecake, follow College Confectionista and get to one of her pop up or be ready to order at holiday time! BEST DESSERT EVER!!!

Drove from SF to Guerneville just to catch the pop-up at the night market, and was NOT disappointed!!! My fiancé and I split a 4” Classic SoCo cheesecake, we agreed it was the best cheesecake we’ve ever had. The cake is the perfect density, the crumbly crust is flavorful, and the presentation is downright delightful. Would follow this funky red truck all over the Bay Area for another!!

Love love love all her cheesecakes! We first had the cranberry for Christmas a couple years ago and everyone loved it. The cheesecake tastes just right and balanced the tartness of the cranberry sauce on top. It even looked beautiful to boot! Recently I was able to stop by her truck in Guerneville and picked up a couple mini cakes, peach and banoffee. I made sure to get there early as she always sells out, for good reason. I was first in line and quite a line formed behind me pretty quickly. Both of the cakes were rich and scrumptious. Her cheesecakes are pricey but you definitely get what you pay for in terms of quality. I've made a cheesecake before and it was such an ordeal, I don't know how she makes so many! Definitely easier to buy from Anamaria. Love her spirit and that she has a scholarship fund! Her cakes are good for you and the community!

There are not enough stars in the universe to rate Annamarie's cheesecake. Seriously, the BEST cheesecake bar none. Not sure I have the words to describe the creamy, velvety smooth pure decadence she creates. I love how she uses fresh seasonal Sonoma County produce to create her amazing flavor profiles such as Peaches N' Cream or Lemon Love or my favorite Wild Blackberry. We like to get baby cakes and share them so we can have more than one flavor (they are plenty big enough for 1-3 people) As beautiful as Annamarie's cakes are, she is equally as beautiful. Not only is she a hard working, talented baker but her mission behind her cakes was not only to send herself to college (1st gen & now a grad of UC Berkley) but to help send other 1st gen Latinas to college as well. If you haven't tried one of her cheesecakes RUN to the next pop up you can thank me later :)

We have been eating these cheesecakes for years, during the beginning of COVID pandemic. Everyone’s at homes love them. They are not overly sweet. They are soft, the crust is just right as is the whipped cream. If you can get your hands on more than one flavor of the mini cheesecakes do so you will not regret it. She tends to run out of the peaches one fairly quickly, which is one of my favorites. The Cheesecake soft serveis scrumptious. She’s also a very sweet person and really takes time to connect with everyone.

100 stars, I wake up each morning thinking about her banoffee cheesecake. I go throughout my day thinking about her banoffee cheesecake. I even dream about her banoffee cheesecake some nights. My mouth is salivating as I type. To any cheesecake haters, I am right there with ya! I am really not a fan of cheesecake, except for hers and one other person’s in the entire freaking world! I have turned numerous cheesecake haters onto her cheesecakes as well. She’s the real deal. Okay so to get to the nitty gritty of the real review: my favorite part about her cheesecakes are 1. You get it with a huge smile and are genuinely appreciated as a customer 2. It’s not just cheesecake, you get a tremendous amount of different layers of texture and flavors inside and on top that perfectly pair 3. Each one is an art piece, so picture worthy and gets you excited just glancing at it. 4. You can tell everything in and on her cheesecakes are homemade and the whipped cream is unlike any I’ve ever tried before. Not your normal cheesecake. I will pay any amount of money for her cheesecakes!

We drive up to Guerneville from Martinez just to part of the goodies in the food truck and meet the genius behind the idea. We were not disappointed! I wish she could travel all over the Bay Area. You can’t go wrong with delicious desserts, lol.

What wonderful cheesecakes that Anamaria sells. I have been buying them for a few years from when she was saving for college, during her college days and after she graduated. Such a great business person and her cheesecakes are works of art as well as tasting wonderful!! Lover her new truck!! My favorite is the Peaches N Cream. If you haven't tasted her cheesecakes, you are really missing something. They taste so great and definitely a must try. Love you Anamaria !!! :-)
