My rule of thumb is if the native people like the food, then it's cooked right. I visited Don Pancho's with some Mexican friends in the past and they said it was very close to their moms food. Portions are huge and the flavors are wonderful!

This meal was my worst experience in my entire life, the food was super expensive and they were also charging me 30 pesos more for being more than 5 people, plus the mojarra I ate had covid 19
