Today I had the sweetest experience at Dunkin' in Petaluma! 😊 I didn't realize it was closing time when I pulled up and the lovely employee, a kind woman, came out to offer me a chance to order before they started cleaning up. That’s really surprised me because I didn’t expect that but her warmth and hospitality it was everything ✨ she made me feel right at home 🥹❤️. If you're in the area, this location definitely deserves a visit - the staff are the real stars of the show! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It seems like donuts shrunk and prices went up, $3.49 for a donut, your mom and pops places charge that much but it's 3 times better and bigger. Haven't visited in a while, and won't go back either.

My family there explained to me that they were comfortable, and would like to com back. Their food is tasty and high quality. Very Rude staff. Trys telling you stuff fast then gets upset when you don't understand what they said. Took way to long to make one drink.
