I've only been to this location twice & I will never go again. Staff was rude especially a girl named Jennifer. I told her to cancel my whole order because of her attitude & poor customer service.

Dunkin has been a go-to spot for me whenever I'm in need of a quick caffeine fix or a tasty treat. While it may not be the most gourmet coffee shop out there, it consistently delivers on its promise of convenience, affordability, and satisfying flavors. The first thing that stands out about Dunkin is its wide variety of coffee options. Whether you prefer a classic black coffee, a flavored latte, or a refreshing iced beverage, Dunkin has you covered. Their coffee is consistently good, with a smooth and rich taste that hits the spot. The ability to customize your drink with different flavors and add-ons is a nice touch, allowing you to tailor your coffee to your preferences. In addition to their coffee, Dunkin offers a range of baked goods and breakfast items. Their donuts are a guilty pleasure of mine, with a variety of flavors and styles to choose from. While they may not be the most gourmet donuts around, they are always fresh, fluffy, and satisfying. The breakfast sandwiches are also a reliable option for a quick and filling meal on the go. One aspect that sets Dunkin apart is its convenience. The drive-thru option in Santa Rosa location is a lifesaver when you're in a rush or simply don't want to leave your car. However, Petaluma location doesn't have a drive thru. The staff at Dunkin are usually efficient, friendly, and super nice, especially Akash and Justine. Overall, Dunkin is a reliable spot for a quick coffee fix or a tasty treat. While it may not offer the most gourmet experience, it consistently delivers on convenience, affordability, and satisfying flavors. If you're looking for a reliable coffee shop with a wide variety of options, Dunkin is worth a visit.

Please find help that understands what customer’s want. We shouldn’t have to point at the donuts we want (males)

YOU CABT SILENCE ME I had wrote a review and they had reported it as I am a past employee and they don't want you to know the disgusting things that happen here or how they constantly violate child labor laws and health codes and even just basic labor laws working here was like having my soul drained from me I was -5 years old and they had expected me to do absolutely everything waking up at 4:30am every school day to work till 9:45 when I would then go to school at 10:00am as I didn't have a first period and when they found out they took advantage of this fact. And I do believe their was problems with my paychecks the whole time I worked their and when I asked well I was working their was always a exuse to why I couldn't have them when I finally quit I received my paystubs their was no overtime on them dispite working it multiple times as if I was not in school o was often asked to stay much later like 4:30am-5pm and I'm assuming this is why they did not send me my taxes for months despite me asking weekly for months. They did not give me my taxes until I wrote my last review that they sense reported and got taken down. And i have asked for a new copy of my paystubs they said they would give them to me last Tuesday it's been a week I've asked for updates and was was blocked by the owner of the company disha and my mangers are back to ghosting me as they did before the review got deleted this was the last review I posted bc im not letting them silence me and theirs so many more disgusting things both physically and figuratively in this company I would not eat here not only for Healy reasons but also for morality reasons. My last review I worked here in 2022 and I was 15 years old working 4:30 am - 9:45 am on school days and if I didn't have school I would work at least 8 hours starting from 4:30am or 5am I was even asked to stay from open to close once witch would have been 5am-6pm as it was a weekend and when my paychecks wearnt adding up I quit and asked for my pay stubs as I had been asking for my pay stubs the whole time I was working their and their was always a exuse to why I couldn't have them. When I quit and finally got the paystubs for supposedly the whole time I worked their their was not a single hour of overtime. Fast forward to January 2023 I had not received my taxes I had reached out to the district manger Jhon he had first told me he had not sent them and that he would let me know the status on Monday Monday rolled around and I gave him a call he then changed his story and said that they had already been sent and not only that they were in my portal (I was never givin a portal link or code the whole time I worked their) and when I asked for my portal information as I had never been given it he could not do that for me he then asked me to confirm my address and told me I was lucky he was even doing that as he wasn't required bc it was in the portal (not true I am required to be mailed a form as well it is I'm my rights as a employee in California) he asked for my address I waited a full mounts before I reached out again I made sure I sent him the right address and when I had asked again he just ghosted me no response it's now July and I still have not received my w2 form tax session has been extended to October but I've been begging since February with no response. This place is also extremely nasty I was asked to serve expired products multiple times I was the only employee with a food handlers lisnce for months I was asked to open alone my 3rd day and was also training people my 3rd day as a 15 year old. And I was asked to serve expired syrup constantly and was displined for throwing out expired non dairy milk as well as when our mini pancakes got mold I threw all them away and replaced them even tho the new ones needed time to thaw as I thought we shouldn't be serving any that have touched ones with mold my manger Betty did not see it this way and borderline screamed at me saying "what if somone orders the panels what will we "

I generally prefer Dunkin over Starbucks. This Dunkin' Donuts though could almost make me reconsider. They did not have a good selection of donuts. No old fashioned, just the typical stuff you'd find at Safeway. The coffee is good and they do have a better selection of food, unlike Starbucks. This Dunkin's bathrooms were clean, so that's a plus. Besides that, I don't think I'll come back. There's just not enough here.

I've been twice and both times, the donuts are not fresh and the service is lacking. Do not recommend.

My order was wrong due to their online ordering system which defaults last item selected to all items previously selected instead of keeping the custom selection you wanted. So if you're fine with selecting a custom dozen of donuts and then receiving a dozen of whatever you selected last then go for it otherwise I recommend going into the store to order as I don't see this being resolved when they aren't even aware of the issue nor do they want to be. The donuts are ok. I expected better and was actually pretty let down by not receiving all the custom selected donuts and instead receiving a dozen of the same donut that was just ok.

I wait 10 minutes in line behind 4 large order and when it is my time to order the clerk walks away to fix coffee drinks. After 5 minutes I walked away. Is there no common courtesy- I'll be right back - poor training?? Immature employed? But to be invisible to the clerk- my money will be spent elsewhere. I hope you fail.

Customer service is great, donuts are great, coffees great, life is good America runs on dunkin. Employees are so friendly every day I go in.

I'm done with this place. Your donuts are not good and you only hire rude teenagers to run your store. Today I went in here and you have installed a touch screen kiosk so you can only hire one teenager instead of two to run your franchise. I don't want to order from a robot, where I have swipe thorough 20 screens to find what I want. Today I came in here and instead of being greeted I was told I could go ahead and order on the touch screen by a rude teenager sweeping the floor. I declined to order on touch screen and rude teenager came over and started grabbing my order without washing her hands and clearly mad. Seems like a food sanitation violation to go from cleaning floors to grabbing orders. Then she gave uneven number of munchkins 6 chocolate and 4 glazed because she is mad, not what asked for. Hire some friendly folks and you will do a lot more business. Compared to other Dunkin's your donuts are poor taste, so plus the rude employees that's it.
