First time today. I don't know who was working at 450 but they were really good at the drive-thru. Had the best customer service ever. It was our first time today trying to put Pollo Loco for the first time. Really good. Thank you guys. Keep up the good work. Everybody deserves a raise

We enjoy the double chicken tostada bowl after swimmimg.
Every time I go here they get my order wrong and they skimp on the protein. Next time I’ll go down the street to el Roy’s or what a chicken. I’d have to be loco to go to el pollo
