First off, why is the music so loud? Anyway, I ordered the Kosher Hotdog and while it was okay, my 55 year Chicago hotdog expertise doesn’t allow for a world without celery salt on a hotdog. A nice touch, however, was that you cut the dog in half for easier bun acceptance—odd at first but then it makes sense. Not bad, but bring in celery salt as an option

Five Guys has been on my list of places not to eat for years. I regret taking exception as it was convenient. I spent $20 on a burger and fries. The burger was tasteless and no toppings. Apparently when ordering online you have to ask for toppings even though that isn't detailed. I got patties and a smashed bun the size of an in and out single burger. The worst burger I have ever had. The fries were undercooked, soggy, and inedible. I had to go to Panda Express to get a decent meal, which ironically was half the price. Don't know how they stay in business. Then again the store was empty when I picked up my food.

6/13/25 around 9:00 Today I went in, me and my wife was taking orders and it went all good at first but then I noticed he got the wrong order down and I told him he did not fix it, all he offered was another party on a small burger I didn't even want then told me I had to pay for the right order when we already spent 71$ on different stuff.
I am not pleased some one told me these bugers was the best in Santa rosa and San Francisco but then I noticed i didn't even fet bacon on my buger -.- we also had to ask for our drink we got for my daughter, they are supposed to give it to you I'm sure..
Terrible.. Customer service like he don't understand how to take proper orders or give what we got.

Five guys has amazing food but it's just wayyy too expensive. For one little burger it costed me 10 bucks.
I ordered my food at 4pm for pickup at 6pm. I got there to pick up my food at 6:14pm. Service was excellent. Food didn't taste fresh. I was hungry so I ate it. A hour after eating my stomach was upset. I was on the toilet with runs. I love eating at Five Guys. But I will definitely will not be going back to this establishment.

After a disappointing burger at another restaurant the previous week, I just had to try Petaluma’s Five Guys restaurant. I ordered a burger and it was fantastic!!! The only criticism was that there were several tables hadn’t been cleaned in a while and the ones that were clean were still sopping wet from the cleaning rag (early afternoon and empty).

I love 5 guys. I’ve been eating it since the 90s. I eat 5 guys at least a couple times a month. That said, I got shade thrown at me and stared down for by the staff for a significant period of time because I didn't tip. (I was the only customer in the store, they literally sat there and scowled at me for a good two minutes across the restaurant). Listen, I always tip at least 20% at a restaurant when I’m being served, and I even tip for counter service like 5 guys if the cashier is friendly and gives great service. Tip shouldn’t be expected in this kind of establishment, certainly not if you’re going to give friendly service. I’ll never be back to this location.
