We came to Walnut Park and then discovered Hank’s. We sat outside. We had the meat pizza and a ceasar salad and couple drinks during happy hour so we saved a few bucks $$$. $5 off pizzas is pretty nice. Food was good and we had a nice time.

Hank’s is truly a wonderful restaurant that you should go back to often to try everything on the menu! The family who owns this restaurant has such history in Sonoma County and absolutely wonderful.
Here’s what I have tried so far and each dish was phenomenal: Burrata, Meatballs, Ciotola di Gnocchi, Grandma Gina’s Gnocchi, and Calabrese Pizza. Grandma’s Gnocchi is an original family recipe so do try it. Melt in your mouth! The pizza dough has lots of love put into it via one of the owners and seriously, one of the best doughs around.
I mustn’t forget the espresso martinis! 🍸 really good and they make it two ways, so you will have to try it both ways to find your preference!

Such a friendly place. I was intrigued by the gorgeous wall behind the bar. Of course obviously it was a historic carving so I asked the owner. She is very friendly and proud of the work of art. It had been a part of a late 1800 hotel which was destroyed by choice by some city idiots. This piece was saved years ago. The food was exceptional. There were 4 of us and each got a separate dish. All were fantastic. You can't go wrong eating there!

We went twice in the span of a week and a half. The first time, a party of 8, two orders of gnocchi in the bread bowl came out cold and our waitress did not bring two drinks until the end of our meal. The second time, party of 7, the food was cold, our waitress did not bring two mains and included it on our bill!!! Unfortunately, the prices bake in excellent service and food quality which are not delivered. We will not be coming here in the future.
stopped here on a roadtrip and was very pleased with our visit! very clean establishment with reasonably priced delishis food!! started with the cast iron brick cheese w/ pesto appetizer and ordered a specialty pizza and the mushroom tortellini pasta. everything was soooo good, to include the hank’s vanilla cream bottled soda! our server emma was very kind, attentive, and professional. great service, atmosphere, and food. hope to be back soon!

It’s unfortunate because the food was excellent, well, at least the part of my meal that I actually received. I’m not sure if our server had been drinking on the job, we did see one server, taking shots, our server ignored us, brought each one of us one item of our order at a time. Got our orders wrong, I never did get my main dish so I only ended up having salad (and our server looked mad when I told her to make sure she removed my main order off of the menu, she said it’ll be done in a minute, but we were already all done eating after an hour). My friend wanted a different salad dressing, then came with a salad and she said we could not do that, then she ended up charging her a dollar for salad dressing! And then they add 4% for employee wages! I will not be going back, it’s unfortunate because the Chef is very good. The service was the worst I’ve ever had in a restaurant. When we asked another server for help since ours completely ignored us, she actually rolled her eyes and was very irritated with us. I still am in shock over the horrible service oh, and there were items on our bill that we did not order so she had to redo the bill.

Literally just had their mushroom pizza for the first time today. Absolutely delicious! This pizza was a thin crust, with a white sauce, caramelized, onions and mozzarella cheese. Super simple and super good. I tried to upload a photo, but it wouldn’t take it. Hanks is now my go to place for pizza
