hands down the best pizza we have ever had!!! There really is not much more to say, if you haven't been to Hector's it is a must. In a weird, kind of defunct strip mall, but don't let that turn you away. We were served by Hector's son, who could not have been nicer. This is a family establishment and you can tell they put their heart and soul into their pizza and their service. Pro Tip: the salad is big enough to share. Thank you Hectors... we will be back! Hugs from your new biggest fans from Seattle and Maui!

This is really good pizza. It was our last night in Sonoma County before returning to our home in the Chicago area. After a week of unbelievable seafood, beaches and redwoods, we decided to "stay in" and try a local pizza place. So, we ordered from Hector's based on the reviews. Wow was it good! The sauce and the toppings were great...and the sourdough crust. What an amazing, unique flavor. We also ordered the Greek salad which was fresh and full of olives and other ingredients. I rated the service and atmosphere 5 stars even though we didn't eat there, because it was fun to talk with Hector's son and interact with the other patrons. I found out that they have been making great pizza for a number of years. If only they were closer to home.

This was a great pizza. We got in late to Petaluma and this place was open to 10 pm. The pizza is crispy on the bottom, light and airy in the middle. It had the right amount of cheese and toppings. It had a lot to choose from and some unique topping combinations. Lots of fresh basil . We had the Sonoma pizza with grapes , sundried tomatoes, and artichokes.
Hometown classic! These folks do it right. Crispy crust and amazing sauce!

They make their own croutons for their salads. Anyone who does that has passion for food. They set the bar for me. A BBQ pizza that the sauce did not overwhelm the other ingredients. Kudos to Hectors.

This place is great. My family and I were looking for a place to eat while visiting Petaluma last year and we've been back three times whenever we are in the area. My kids love the spaghetti with red sauce and my wife and I share a salad and Minestrone soup. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the food is plentiful and filling. Hector's Pizza has that good time feeling type of restaurant and we will be back the next time we pass through.
