I was refused entry (I was told the three white men who entered right in front of me were the last entries of the night. This was at 1:05am or so). I then watched the bouncers let more white men into the bar 5 minutes later from down the street. It can be hard to know when you're being discriminated against, but it felt that way. (I'm trans). (Maybe they were going back inside after having left?? Idk..)

I would like to reface this with my friends actions were not acceptable and I acknowledge that.We went to this establishment as a group on Saturday night. A friend of mine was rude to one of the bartenders and asked to leave. When I stepped in to inquire what happened I was dismissed and pushed aside. I continued to inquire and was met with nothing but distain. I tried to explain to the bartenders that we were a group and I needed to gather everyone so we could vacate the premises but I needed to make sure everyone was closed out. They continued to dismiss me as if I was just another drunken patron. After 25 min I was finally able to confirm that all the members of our party were closed out.It was a Saturday night and I get dealing with a specific level of clientele but when someone is trying to help you not only remove the problem but also make sure that the bill has been handled there is no reason to act in such a discourteous manner.

This place can be a good time on the right day . It would be nice if the bartenders actually paid attention to who's been waiting In line and serve them vs serving people who get thier attentions. It's honestly maddening waiting to ask for some water when they constantly serve people who just showed up when I've been waiting for 5 or 10 minutes. Definitely a recipe to start problems amongst customers

Yeah, so on 02OCT2022 a group of friend's and I decided to attend your establishment. It was an amazing experience that turned into one of the worst I've ever witnessed in this town. I personally watched your employee(bartender) associate with the individual that turned our night sour behind the right side of bar when referencing camera angle around 3:00pm. This individual( not the employee) came over to our group and was extremely friendly, right up until the point our friend said high. He said "high my names _________ , to which she responded shut your mouth blacky..... I wouldn't in anyway associate your establishment with such an horrible act if it wasn't for the reaction of your employee once we decided to leave. We were just going to leave, with bills paid and tips given without mentioning this horrible experience. Unfortunately your bartender thought we didn't leave a tip(left in cash for most tabs) and decided react and I quote the most unprofessional behavior I've ever witnessed. Mind you the person that throws rasial slurs promptly cashed out prior to use. Your employee literally screamed and cussed like a toddler, because of her inability to count throughout event. I guess if it's not written down on paper she didn't get paid. I also guess you guys won't care about this. No need to associate or deal with it. Heck, you guys will probably shrug it off and say this was a situation accounted by just a couple of drunk guys..... only it wasn't.
