This is you typical mid in and out. I will say that the people that worked there seemed genuinely happy and willing to serve. The fries kinda got cold fast and that made the animal style more like a block of cheese. Overall it's like any other in and out. 7.3/10

Super disappointed for the 2nd time. Won't be a third. Both burger and fries were ice cold. What has happened to the quality of this establishment's food? I don't eat a lot of fast food but when on the road In and Out WAS my restaurant of choice if i was in a hurry and needed a bite. I'm no longer a fan. And I won't be back.

I've had better burgers off the dollar menu at Micky-Ds. My first bite was dry, flavorless, and disappointing, nothing like the quality I have come to expect from any In-n-Out in Southern CA where I have had the majority of my experience. It tasted like cardboard, like the meat and buns had been freezer-burned. The fries were dry, tasteless, and stale, both my extra crispy and my wife's normal fries. Additionally, it wrecked my gut. I'll spare the details of my experience on the porcelain throne over the next 10 hours, but it was worse than any Taco Bell reaction I've ever had. I love in-n-out, eat there regularly, and will continue to eat at the San Diego locations, but I will never go back to this location in Petaluma. For my friends and family who say that this chain is overrated, to them, I say, "try any So Cal joint before writing them off forever." I would have asked for a refund, but I was on a road trip and got takeout and didn't want to turn around just to complain. I tossed my fries in the trash, but I ended up eating the burger -regretably

I love the fact that I can get meat patties without the bun. For those of us that are carb conscious (not keto for me) the zero added sugar and no carb protein is awesome. Of course I get the fries, though. There is still plenty of carbs in the fry portion of the meal, but it still has a clean taste due to the oil they cook the fries within…love the experience, too. Everyone is so polite.

It was relatively empty and clean. Service was quick and it’s pretty standard as an In n Out. It wasn’t as busy as the in n outs local to me. Fries are fresh and facilities are maintained.

We came from the east coast and wanted to try In-N-Out. The service was amazing the the atmosphere was fun, although a little messy. Unfortunately the burger was just okay and the fries and milkshake were both bad enough that I didn't even finish them. I was not impressed.
