This place rocks! Drive thru right off the freeway w/ great unique coffee dranks. I hit it often on my commute to and from Santa Rosa. There must be a college nearby, bc all of the employees are cute college-aged girls. Did Java Hit do this on purpose? If so, genius move. I love this place so much I gave it an unofficial motto: "Java Hut: Hot chicks, iced coffee." I will only expect a 10% fee & title credits if the business owner adopts that banger of a motto.

This place has been my go to coffee shop for three years. I've never had a problem with customer service & have grown to know every single employee. They go above and beyond daily. I look forward to seeing the girls every morning before work and definitely recommend if you're looking to support local. Even if I've had someone new make my coffee differently they have never hesitated to fix it. The energy the employees bring is different than your typical Starbucks or Peet's. Shop small!

So this recently had become my go to coffee spot. Sadly, that stopped today. It was my SECOND time having been a daily customer for months having to drive back to ask them to remake my latte because it tasted like steamed milk with no hint of espresso or cinnamon. The girl then got all rude and grabbed the other lady to say I had done it a couple times which it had been my second. I even offered to pay an extra fee. Let's get real it's a $6+ latte and let's not forget their shameless way to ask for a tip every time we pay, I deserve a well prepared latte. Their response was cheap and tacky. Lost a daily customer! I made sure to let the buff lady know. Back to Peets I go.
