Friendly staff greeted me when I came in, place was clean and they took my order and made sandwiches fast and everyone had smiles and was very welcoming. Food was good price was fair for the size of the sandwiches which I got a giant size and it was great for a couple meals.

I came in at at 8:50. Iāve worked at a deli and managed a deli before and someone coming in at closing is always like ādamnā but he didnāt have that attitude at all. Heās helped me before and I usually donāt do reviews, but when someone is all about the customer and the customer experience I have to give a major shout out. Not too many young adults have any sort of common sense when it comes to customer service so it was very refreshing to get that at Jersey Mikes in Petaluma from Antonio! Give that young man a raise. Who ever the manager is, you have a good employee at this location. Like I mentioned Iāve managed various businesses and he has the right attitude! Again, give him a raise!!!
Oh and the sandwich is fire! Add the Mikeās Hot Honey and Chipotle to any sandwich š„š„š„

Workers are working hard. But if you get an Italian combo, which is supposed to be provolone and 5 meats. When you get it, it's 90% ham and they ALWAYS forget a meat. What they call cappacuolo, never makes it onto the sandwich. All ham and a single slice of everything else if you're lucky for them to remember every meat. Always one meat short.
When they make your sandwich make sure you watch and guarantee that every meat and cheese makes it.

We order here about once a week through the app and itās always correct, fresh and delicious! The pickup is very convenient. The customer service is great and everyone here has been very kind and helpful. One time, I made a mistake when ordering on the app and selected the wrong bread. I called right away and they fixed my error, not a problem. Iāve been ordering the california club sub because itās cheaper than ordering a #7 and adding avocados, but I donāt eat bacon. I always request bacon on the side so I can feed it to my dog. They have honored my request every time and I just wanted to say thank you. Itās very sweet and I appreciate it so much.
