I came in at at 8:50. I’ve worked at a deli and managed a deli before and someone coming in at closing is always like “damn” but he didn’t have that attitude at all. He’s helped me before and I usually don’t do reviews, but when someone is all about the customer and the customer experience I have to give a major shout out. Not too many young adults have any sort of common sense when it comes to customer service so it was very refreshing to get that at Jersey Mikes in Petaluma from Antonio! Give that young man a raise. Who ever the manager is, you have a good employee at this location. Like I mentioned I’ve managed various businesses and he has the right attitude! Again, give him a raise!!!
Oh and the sandwich is fire! Add the Mike’s Hot Honey and Chipotle to any sandwich 🔥🔥🔥

Workers are working hard. But if you get an Italian combo, which is supposed to be provolone and 5 meats. When you get it, it's 90% ham and they ALWAYS forget a meat. What they call cappacuolo, never makes it onto the sandwich. All ham and a single slice of everything else if you're lucky for them to remember every meat. Always one meat short.
When they make your sandwich make sure you watch and guarantee that every meat and cheese makes it.

We order here about once a week through the app and it’s always correct, fresh and delicious! The pickup is very convenient. The customer service is great and everyone here has been very kind and helpful. One time, I made a mistake when ordering on the app and selected the wrong bread. I called right away and they fixed my error, not a problem. I’ve been ordering the california club sub because it’s cheaper than ordering a #7 and adding avocados, but I don’t eat bacon. I always request bacon on the side so I can feed it to my dog. They have honored my request every time and I just wanted to say thank you. It’s very sweet and I appreciate it so much.

If you haven’t been to Jersey Mikes yet, go today! Not only are the sandwiches some of the best in town but the staff is amazing, the owner is genuine and invested in his customers. The facility is immaculately cleaned which makes dining-in an easy choice. Some other sandwich shops let the tables sit dirty a while before cleaning them. Not here. Always perfect. The ingredients are always very fresh (I recommend Mikes way) and delicious. But don’t take my word for it. Go try them out!
