Friendly staff greeted me when I came in, place was clean and they took my order and made sandwiches fast and everyone had smiles and was very welcoming. Food was good price was fair for the size of the sandwiches which I got a giant size and it was great for a couple meals.
I came in at at 8:50. I’ve worked at a deli and managed a deli before and someone coming in at closing is always like “damn” but he didn’t have that attitude at all. He’s helped me before and I usually don’t do reviews, but when someone is all about the customer and the customer experience I have to give a major shout out. Not too many young adults have any sort of common sense when it comes to customer service so it was very refreshing to get that at Jersey Mikes...
We order here about once a week through the app and it’s always correct, fresh and delicious! The pickup is very convenient. The customer service is great and everyone here has been very kind and helpful. One time, I made a mistake when ordering on the app and selected the wrong bread. I called right away and they fixed my error, not a problem. I’ve been ordering the california club sub because it’s cheaper than ordering a #7 and adding avocados, but I don’t eat bacon....
