Extremely bad service had to stand up from my table multiple times just to get service like a water or order more. Guy stayed on the back the whole time .Would have never went here but it was close to where i was for work. Gave 2 stars for adequate pricing and portion size. Food was whatever. Got crispy tofu not crispy and panang curry. PASS

Well it's Four years later & I looked never an apology or solution from a manager I won't ever come back Your Loss! It's a shame compared to the awesome Thai restaurant that used to be there & knew great food & how to treat customers

Not sure if we caught the server on a bad day. He seemed grumpy, not friendly, and service was non existent. The restaurant is big and beautiful, but with service like that, no wonder it's practically dead. The food was okay, nothing to rave about.I do find it was annoying that we were charged a higher price than what it is indicated on the menu. I understand there is inflation all over the country and that it was just $1 over per dish, but if you increase the price, you need to notify the customer. I won't be back.

I order delivery from here quite often and it's my favorite Thai place in town. The red Curry, samosa and curry are so good. I highly recommend trying the papaya and beef salad. I've only had one problem where the red curry tasted water down which almost discouraged me from ordering that item again but after many more orders it hasn't happened since.

This place was was great! Not sure why there's so many negative reviews. The service was fast and our server was super nice, she often came back to fill up our water cups too. There were many doordash & pick up orders happening and our server still made sure that we got what we needed. The food came in pretty big portions, enough for me to save some for later. It was all very flavorful! I saw some complaints about grease, but I personally think that it was the usual amount of grease you get when you order Thai food (especially noodle plates). The ambiance of the place was very clean & natural. We sat by the window and I was able to sit on the cushion side, which was very comfy. Overall, great place & food prices compared to other Thai restaurants. Will come back again :)

If I could give negative stars, it'd be negative 10. The server that approached my grandmother and I, was rude and off-putting from the second we walked in. When asking questions about the menu he was short and rude. We ordered our drinks hesitantly and he walked away without another word. He came back with the drinks and I started to ask about adding different vegetables options to a dish. I asked to add broccoli and asparagus to a garlic stir fry dish. There was some miscommunication that had me clarifying whether they had broccoli and asparagus (as they were both listed as ingredients for other dishes), and this man verbatim says "we have asparagus but, we won't do that for you" as in put asparagus in my dish. I was shocked and taken aback. As a server myself, I have expectations, but grant leniency, when it comes to service, but this place killed my appetite, I will never go back. A short walk to Thai River, and their amazing food and service made me grateful I didn't suck up the shitty service at Lemongrass Thai.

Loved the food, especially eggplant and chicken dish. Great location, plenty of space to dine-in. Saw lots of customers picking orders to go.Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian options.

We got the chicken satay and summer rolls. Super tasty. The homemade peanut sauce was delicious

This place is tiny and the food is fantastic. It's hard to get into at times and other times it's empty. This is some of the best Thai food I have had. The people working here are very friendly and humble, always smile, always sweet. I am a s***** for Panang Curry and theirs is outstanding! I have tried many different items and the only one I didn't care for was a noodle dish with peanut sauce. Otherwise it's all 5* for me.

Had Satay chicken. OK at best.Penang curry with tofu. Tofu was good and appropriately hot. Sauce was thick and did not taste fresh. Sort of "end of the day" rewarmed flavor. Green beans, carrot slices overdone, soggy.Service OK and timely.Ambiance tired and too few customers to enliven the space.Needs freshening.

Went for lunch, 1st customer. Food came out lightning fast. Pad Thai with pork was delicious and an enormous portion. It fed me for 3 more meals. It was just a bit sweeter than I care for, but I would order it again.

Kind of a dead place.Don't know why, but the server ignored us a lot. No real wait service. Didn't come once to ask us how our food was, or if we needed something else.Food OK, perhaps a bit too much sugar in many items (don't know why so many Thai places put so much sugar in food). This male server has a long ways to go to learn about how to properly do his job, tend to customers, communicate, even learn how to smile. He has some serious issues....I think he needs some training. Or he is just really unhappy. Enough to ruin a lunch.Won't go back.

Very good service! Drunken noodles are a hit as well as the Thai Fried rice and all of the rolls. I'll definitely go back. They have good prices too. Very friendly people.

Having moved from the big city with lots of great Thai food to an idyllic family town I was skeptical about how good this would be..The food was excellent. On par with some of my favorites in the city.

Joy was my server and was a very warm, friendly guide in enjoying this delicious Thai food. Thank you Joy ??
