We worked directly with Denise who provided us tailored advice and suggestions based on our needs and wishes, which helped us ensure that our wedding day was a success and had truly delicious food to go with it!

Lombardi's catered our wedding in May 2025 at The Secret Gardens in Bodega Bay, and from start to finish, Denise was a joy to work with. Her recommendations during planning were incredibly helpful, especially since we weren’t quite sure what we needed or wanted to serve. Additionally, on the day of the event her team showed up with great energy and kept everything running smoothly throughout the evening.

For the Drinks & Game Hour we ordered the Fruit, Cheese & Charcuterie Display which quickly became a major highlight and nearly every bite was gone! Our guests raved about it (See pics) Additionally Lombardi's provided the ice service and this came with some beautiful buckets which made our self-serve bar look amazing(we decided to provide and serve our own drinks), and her team kept the entire event space clean by removing the trash and never needed direction to do so! This was so helpful.

For Dinner, we chose the Mexican-style Fajita buffet, which we loved and it fit our vibe, also it allowed us to accommodate gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, and picky eater needs. The labels on the each of the dishes was important to help guide our guests, and we were very thankful for that!

One especially sweet touch: my mom made our wedding cake, and the catering team handled the cutting and serving with care so everyone could enjoy a piece and it was cut so professionally!

Even with a few small hiccups came up (as they always do!), Denise followed up with honesty and kindness and took care of them quickly, so that they were hardly noticed. We're so glad she and her team were part of our day — and we’d absolutely work with them again and highly recommend them if you plan your wedding at The Secret Gardens in Bodega Bay, or anywhere!

Food a way overrated. I'm from Texas, and very aware of real BBQ is. Kiosk prompts you to tip for someone touching in your order, Really? Also way overpriced for so called BBQ!!

Before our wedding, everyone always said that the food at weddings was forgettable, but Lombardi changed that tune for us! The food was phenomenal, and our guests couldn't stop raving about it – I was craving seconds! We had the pleasure of working with Denise, Lombardi's wedding and events manager, who was beyond helpful and super easy to communicate with.
Lombardi's team was outstanding and ensured every guest was well taken care of, from the cocktail hour to the dinner and dancing - drinks were flowing, and smiles were glowing! Everything was perfect. A massive thank you to Denise and all the folks at Lombardi's for making our day unforgettable!

Lombardi catered my party of 30 guests and did truly a fantastic an A+ job. Nancy LeNoue who was my catering consultant was extremely helpful in choosing my menu and arranging for the party. The servers Shauna and Deanna were on time delivering the food and were so helpful, lovely, kind and beautiful. Above all, the food was just so tasty and amazing. My appetizers of fruits and nuts and cheese were all arranged so tastfully and beautifuly by the two ladies. The main dish of portobello mushroom, BBQ chicken, baby back ribs and Tortellini were all finger licking tasty. Finally, Lombardi was so generous with the food portion that we had a lot of leftovers to enjoy after the party for many days. I would definitely do it again with Lombardi for my future parties. Gourmet is true! Beef Brisket, the best ribs, fire roasted beef steak burgers, fresh macaroni salad, potato salads, all real, all quality, all gourmet. We take all our visitors from out of town to Lombardi’s Deli for the perfect California experience in barbecue.

As usual, this place did not disappoint! It has been over a decade since I ate here last but the quality of the food has not fallen off at all.

Lombardi's catered our after-wedding brunch for approximately 150 guests and did an amazing job! Food was great and service was seamless. We definitely recommend Lombardi's for catering in the Petaluma area!
