Service was prompt and friendly. The wine pour was not scant, albeit the cocktail maybe could have been stronger. The brisket sandwich was actually…. Incredible? I wasn’t even really interested in it much but my husband wanted to share it so we did. It was amazing. The fries need more salting while they’re hot though (: small complaint but we will go back for sure!

We ordered the Luna Benedict, and both plates arrived piping hot and beautifully prepared… every bite was delicious. Our server checked in on us thoughtfully throughout the meal, striking that perfect balance of attentive without intrusive. And whatever you do, save room for dessert: the olive oil cake is an absolute must order!

We ate outside on the patio overlooking the Petaluma River and downtown Petaluma. For something different the two of us ordered 3 small plates. 4 meatballs w garlic bread, 4 Aranacini (risotto balls) and burrato w tomatoes. All were good. Service was good. Beer was cold. $90.

Nice place to unwind with a delicious drink (although my partner had to wait on the bartender to figure out how to make her drink (odd)). My pork chop was delicious and will definitely return in the near future
I went back this last week and was so disappointed in how things had changed. The vegan options (and there are only a few now) were so sad. The mushroom gnocchi that was phenomenal last December was bland and had hardly any mushrooms or other vegetables in it. It was tough and lifeless.
The chocolate tahini cake was the only vegan dessert option and it was dry. I expected more for the prices, especially because I know they can do so much better.
Service was wonderful, as always. And the setting is lovely.

Wow Dempsey was a million times better. Sad to see this is what replaced it. Food was not good. Drinks from the blonde bartender were good though.
Also while I was eating there I saw the management being very mean to the servers. Will not be back.

Ok....I have not eaten here yet but I live in Ptown and will soon. You have to read this. My wife and I tonight were threatened and chased by a homeless guy and we ran into their restaurant. They locked the doors until the guy was arrested. PLEASE KNOW IN 5 YRS OF LIVING HERE IT IS SAFE AROUND LUMAS!!! However if something weird happens they will take in a stranger. Thank you Luma! The female manager who helped us needs a raise! Sorry I forgot your name!
