Their bread is amazing. It's just excellent sourdough bread that happens to be gluten-free. I just used a loaf to make vegan stuffing for Thanksgiving and it was the most popular dish on the table.
Here's my vegan TG plate. With a side of cranberry walnut sourdough. The stuffing (bottom right) was made with walnut sourdough.
