The only reason I'm giving 2 stars it's because pizza was good and server was great. We ordered fish tacos and they were terrible, no salt, no flavor, very bad. We also ordered the fish and chips and even worst very horrible taste. The batter was gross the fish hard. Absolutely zero salt and flavor. Disgusting to the taste. Another order we wanted to try that day was the braised short ribs. Very disappointing, simple boiled meat with a dab of bbq on top a side of mash potatoes and two pieces of carrots for $27 ! What a rip off. The cookers are very bad these guys need to be taught basic kitchen skills. Horrible taste of food!!! Atmosphere was not great either , once we walked in one of the waiters said something to other waiters and started staring at us and talking in between them. Very weird. Bathrooms are in a horrible location all the way back past tables and bar and waiters walking out with plates.

On 9/3 I had a take out order and I choked on a “foreign object” a stick that I choked on found in your food. I talked with your supervisor Rachael who had me on hold for 20 mins about to talk with the manager who apparently was on a delivery the entire time but had me wait for nothing. No call back the next day from the manager. Terrible customer service no care for your customers at all. I reached out to higher up and was talked to on 9/5 still no offer to be refunded and still no call back from anyone as of today 9/15 just being ignored. I am currently looking for an attorney as I gave you enough time to respond and you don’t want to make a report and think I’m gonna let this go. This is very unprofessional you don’t let a customer choke on something found in your food and just ignore them.

We like the Petaluma Mary's. They have a great big bar and plenty of seating. Goid food and great drinks. The desserts are amazing!

I usually go to Mary’s Pizza in Rohnert Park and have great experiences, but I stopped at the Petaluma location and was disappointed. When I walked in, there was no host at the front, so I seated myself at a high-top in the bar area. I noticed three people in the kitchen talking and two in the to-go area talking, but no one greeted me.
The appetizers were decent, but the drinks were weak and I wasn’t checked on once for a refill before the pizza came. The pizza had a crispy crust, but it was overloaded with cheese and the pepperoni wasn’t crispy. When I mentioned it to the bartender, she didn’t acknowledge the concern and simply said she forgot to ring in my drinks earlier, so I got happy hour pricing.
Overall, the service felt inattentive and unprofessional. I hope this location can improve because the Rohnert Park one is much better.

We used to go to this location all the time but we have been really disappointed with our last few experiences. We placed an order for takeout to be picked up at a specific time. My husband went to pick up the order and was given only part of the order (bread sticks). After reminding them that there was also pizza to go with the order they had home sit for another 20 minutes only to give him the wrong size pizza cut up so strangely. We really enjoyed taking our family there but it seems that it is just isn't the same.
