Maybe it was the time at night that I experienced a bit of a let down. This was my first time at this location. I waited at the service counter for quite some time until finally, I chanced yelling back there, that didn't work. There were two people sitting in a booth, seeing I was getting frustrated, they informed me to yell louder, so I did. The woman at drive thru was super helpful, nice and knowledgeable...she explained a policy at McDonald's that I wasn't aware of and I've been going to McDonald's my whole life!
