I love the food at McDonald's. I got the buffalo ranch wrap. It was good the buffalo ranch sauce, the fried chicken, the fluffy tortilla, so good yum!

Husband got the sausage and egg biscuit and I got the bagel, bacon and egg breakfast sandwich. All was good but I wish I knew they put mayonnaise on the bagel breakfast sandwich. Next time I will ask to leave that off.

As long as you don't want to interact with a human, this is a ok McDonalds location. The bathrooms didn't have toilet paper or seat covers and we're a mess. The trash cans inside the restaurant were completely overflowing and there wasn't room to put any additional trash. Quite a number of patrons left their their food on the table because there was nowhere to throw it away. Food was McDonald's food. Nothing exciting.

They consistently miss items or mess up my order. Out of my 5 or 6 visits, 3 to 4 of these were missing items. Like my entire big mac meal sized things, not small items. I order a lot as we are a big family, but they seem to only do well with single orders.

Cleaner, smaller, fun decor - this is a superior McDonald's. Have to order from a kiosk but the staff are willing to help you with each step. I like McDonald's places but this one is special.
I am simply going to transcribe the conversation between me and Yahaira who was working the drive through window tonight (6:30pm on 7/20/25)
Yahaira: Hi welcome to McDonald’s what can I get you
Me: I’ll just have an ice cream please
Yahaira: Unfortunately our ice cream machine isn’t working right now
Me: Oh ok that’s all I wanted so I guess I’ll drive though then
Yahaira: let me check if the other ice cream machine is working (confusing but ok)
Me: ok thanks
*sitting in silence for about 5 minutes with multiple cars behind me in line*
Me:… did you check if the other ice cream machine was working?
Yahaira: No I said you can check
Me: you said I can check?
Yahaira: yeah
Me: I’m sorry what do you mean?
Yahaira: you can check if the other ice cream machine is working
Me: What are you talking about how would I know?
Yahaira: you can go to another McDonald’s
Me: ok so why did you just let me sit here for 5 minutes and hold up the line
Yahaira: *nervously giggles*
And then I drove away but she was nice enough to give her name at the window.
I rates service 2 stars instead of 1 because I did get a good chuckle out of it, but very strange experience. In all fairness she probably gets paid exactly what she deserves from McDonald’s so I guess we can’t expect much else.
Attached below is a picture of my ice cream cone I got from the McDonald’s off Rohnert Park expressway, so the story did have a happy ending :)

I’ve now ordered from this McDonald’s 5x since I moved to Petaluma over 2 years ago and EVERY SINGLE TIME, they have messed up my order. They either don’t give items and/or completely replace items with incorrect items. Every time I order there it’s been a horrible experience and Corporate McDonald’s has no way of talking to anybody about it to remedy the issue.
