The food was pretty good overall. We had a cobb salad, fish tacos which were both good. We also did the nachos which were only okay. These nachos were basically a glorified ball park version with ground beef on top of caso cheese sauce on chips. It wasn't like they were bad, but they didn't match the gamesmenship level of the other dishes we had.

This was my first time eating here, and it was delicious!!! I am visiting my family ( I live in Pearland TX ( outside of Houston), and my niece loves to eat there! I highly recommend the restaurant!!

Went for lunch with the wifey. Solid place. She had the Cobb salad, I had the fried chicken sandwich. Both were delicious. The chicken was crispy, the lettuce, tomatoes and onion were fresh, pickles were good. Excellent sandwich. Her Cobb was big, filled with chicken and bacon and avocado, hard boiled eggs was good
A great lunch sitting next to the outside patio. Great place to people watch
We will definitely go back!

Good food, but buyer beware. After charging a lot for food already, you’ll be nickel and dined if you ask for more than a thimble of dressing for your salad, or additional sauce for tacos. I’ll eat elsewhere, thank you.

You get what you pay for, its a Saloon &dining place, Philly cheese steak was good, fries of course not fresh but decently good, service was average for this kind of place, i really wanted to like it more but also the server after i asked for mustard and hot sauce he never checked back on me, i will try it again.

Can’t go wrong with McNears. My go-to food item is the Colonel chicken salad. They also have a good happy hour too. Love the funky, old Petaluma vibes!
