I had a terrible experience at Paradise Sushi. My wife, who is pregnant, suffered from food poisoning after dining there. Unfortunately, the rest of our family, including our young children, also experienced food poisoning. There were six of us, and it was a very unpleasant experience. I strongly do not recommend this restaurant.

As you can see by my photos I was hungry. Traveling from east to west cost with only United’s meager offerings and then driving to Petaluma from San Fran worked up quite and empty place.
As for the food it was freshly prepared with good ingredients”feeling good this morning”
So with the hunger I had I when for all you can eat option. Which to be honest was a waiting game. So there were long periods of waiting for my waiter to come back to me without me having to making a scene. Too long to be honest. Perhaps it was just my waiter or that’s directed from management. So with that said I played along because I had no place to be and I had to get my moneys worth! To eat and receive the food shown took 2 1/2 hrs.
Do I recommend (👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼1/2).
Just make sure you’re not in a hurry. Perhaps bring some cards or your Monopoly board to pass the time between courses.

Very expensive and the food was only ok. Good service though.
Sushi is great to see me. Has a great fresh taste to it. You can’t be there all you can eat sushi deal. I especially like all the options that are available with all you can eat meal and it’s not too limited.

Came here for dinner with friends, there were 7 of us. Called ahead to reserve a table, got seated right away. We opted for the AYCE Sushi. Rolls were Hugh and nigiri sushi were awesome except scallops. We did not like chopped up scallops. Tuna was exceptionally good. Everything was good and fresh. Adult $38; kid $18
Great value attentive staff 👏.
Family Sushi Pack for take out is an excellent value!
We were visiting our elderly parents this day, Sat March 29, 2025. As a group, we decided to try all you can eat. All of us, including our elders, in their 80's, enjoyed the atmosphere, the service, and the hand- made all- u- can- eat sushi. Please notice these were hand- made to order.

Good quality sushi/ sashimi for a reasonable price. A bit chaotic to find parking and get a table, but worth it.

First time visiting Petaluma, and I can definitely say I will come back just for this place.
The environment was very clean and welcoming. Our server was kind and attentive, which made our experience even better. ¡Gracias por todo, hermosa!
The food is top-notch! We tried three different rolls, one of which was recommended by our server, and finished off with a delicious fried Oreo dessert.
Can’t wait to come back soon!

Delicious sushi!!
Major issues with the rice to fish ratio of the Nigiri - I’m talking paper thin fish on a mound of rice. Upon complaining about this (and not wanting to eat all that rice) we were literally told by the manager that it is because we ordered all you can eat and they prepare it differently. Listen, I know it’s a business and maybe you adjust the ratio a little because you’re trying to make money but either be subtle about it or state it on the menu. It was shocking for the manager to tell us they are purposely scamming their customers.

Great sushi but less than great service - sad that every time I eat here, despite it not being busy, it takes an unreasonable amount of time for staff to clear a table. I watch multiple servers standing around the waiter station chatting amongst each other until eventually someone decides to prepare a table. The food is great and the drinks are, too! Just wish the people working there had a bit more care for their customers. Not a good look
