Placed an order at 9:20 pm for delivery. I received a notification at 9:38pm that it was out for delivery with estimate delivery time of 9:43pm which was great news for me. However a delivery man did show up at that time but across the street to my brothers home he had also ordered pizza guys. I patiently wait thinking he has my order as well. He takes off to continue doing he's job. At 10:30 pm a different delivery driver finally shows up with my order. Im thinking maybe they're just super busy whatever im finally gonna get my food. He takes it out places it on top of the car then back inside the car and leaves. At which point I call them to ask if there was a problem with my order. Im on hold for like 10 min when the delivery guy finally shows up to actually delivery my order this time at 10:40pm at which point someone called back apologizing for the hold time on the phone. All i said, was there a problem with my order?never mind its here now. Seems he had forgotten the 2l Pepsi. The pizza was still lightly warm but the cheese waa stuck together and would slide off when i would try to pick up a slice resulting in a slice with only tomato sause no cheese no pepperoni. The final straw though was that i asked for Parmesan cheese and they only put red pepper in the bag with the napkins and plates. Definitely the last time I order pizza guys.

On June 30, 2024, I decided to try Pizza Guys special offer of two medium pizzas. I ordered one with Italian Sausage and red onions, and the other with Pepperoni wìth Mushrooms. Both with Tuscan thin crusts. I was notified that my pizzas were ready by text as advertised and they were ready on time as promised. I was greeted with a smile and two pizzas ready to go. The server could not have been nicer. Asking if I wanted pepper flakes and Parmesan cheese which he got for me and without hesitation also added paper plates and utensils to the bag. He also handed me a promotional card with offers and explained how it worked. He made me feel at home and the best part was how good the pizza tasted. My friend, who I was joining couldn't stop remarking about how much she enjoyed the pizzas, especially the Italian Sausage and red onions. You can bet I will be returning to try some of their special pizzas. All in all, it was a great afternoon eating delicious pizza.

Great service ,very attentive, accommodating. We went in for our son’s small birthday party-one of team member was so accommodating and arranged the sitting for us while we waited. My family enjoys the pizza specially grilled chicken with chipotle sauce drizzled on top. The owner is very welcoming and nice, there are 2 locations as one of the location is in rohnert park. They always have great deals with free soda etc.it is our go to pizza place.

This is the place fits a very particular niche of pizza, i.e. cheap, fast, endearingly mediocre but not glaringly terrible. It gets the job done. They give you free sodas and when my order was late they said I could take another free soda. Nice people. Not authentic pizza but its reliable. They're dips are good avoid their salads.

They give you free sodas and when my order was late they said I could take another free soda. Nice people. Not authentic pizza but its reliable. They're dips are good avoid their salads.

Don't know what's up with some of the reviews. But we ordered 4 different pizzas for our kids party. The pizzas all turned out great, and people asked where it was from because they loved it. Ours were customized varying with sausage, Canadian bacon, feta and other things. Everything was crispy, tasty, friendly owner, friendly staff. Cheers.

definitely unprofessional not ok to tell a customer that even though the person taking your order over the phone messed up your order then you call then rude employee female at 6:30 pm answer the phone saying they can resend it out but charge me delivery fee again which is not ok or how it works I worked for domino's for a few years now and we don't do bussiness like that at all its unprofessional to lie to a customer then when the customer ask for a manger you don't put them on hold for 15 minutes and you over hear the person on the phone say just great saying not professional things about the customer completely rude and employee needs written up an reprimanded for this type of behavior but the manager is going to make it right but no customer should ever have to wait 45 minutes more to get there correct order completely not ok hopefully the GM and the district manager will look into the store off bear valley in apple valley to train there employees in proper procedures and professional way to handle customer service we order all the time never have these type of issues very disappointed
