Sonoma County is fortunate to have so many good caterers bit an excellent catering staff is not always the case. Their food is everything you expect it to be and so much more. Fresh, flavorful, presented artistically, if you can dream it up they can make it for you. BUT here is the difference their staff is over the top amazing. Everyone of the staff is courteous , professional, clean and efficient. That is what you would expect but this business goes beyond that. If there is a problem be it venues problem, an unruly or emotional guest, a mishap of anything type. You will not know it took place. They work their magic and deal with it. Your event will go off seamlessly.

Preferred Sonoma did an amazing job catering my wedding on October 30, 2022 at the Bodega Bay Secret Gardens. All of my guests were obsessed with the food! The hors d'oeuvre selections, entrees and cheesecake martini desserts were such a hit! The batched cocktails were also incredible, all of the guests enjoyed the food and drink offerings. The team also did a great job setting up and helping decorate the venue, everything was exceptional! The staff was incredibly friendly, and on top of their duties. We worked with them for our wedding in 2021 (booked in 2019 but due to COVID had to postpone). They are the best of the best!! We worked with Karen for the majority of the time - she is absolutely amazing! I felt like we had a full service wedding planner, caterer, advice giver, all in one. And the best part, their food is AMAZING. We had so many guests tell us that it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. My husband and I feel the same way!! We are still drooling over the dinner - braised short ribs & Mary's chicken breast. Presentation was perfect, the food was delicious, the staff is a dream, I could go on and on. We even got lucky and they packed us up a few boxes of dinners for us to eat after our wedding. We loved having this the day after :)
