This is my go-to pizza spot in this area and maybe my favorite vegan pizza I've had in all of Sonoma County. They have two specialty pizzas they can make vegan (with vegan cheese). They also offer gluten free crust! I've eaten at the restaurant (pre-covid), ordered take out and have had it delivered a couple times, all good experiences. Always friendly service, no complaints here. I definitely recommend this place and will keep coming back!

This place is the best in the North Bay and maybe even the Bay Area. They have a wide variety of options for pre-designed pizzas and their delivery people have been very safe, friendly and respectful. We don't know what we'd do without this awesome business.

I got whole pizzas for the family and was not disappointed in their selections. Each one had mounds of toppings and was not most pizza joints. I love their Hawaiian pizza the most because of the meat quality

Really good pizza, and gluten free pizza is great! Nice folks, too, good Covid protocol.

I’m a very picky pizza eater. And the quality of the ingredients at Rafi’s makes me feel normal, not bloated from oversalted cheese, or bloated from cheap white flour. I have always found the staff to be kind, accessible, and the pizza to be fabulous. Run, don’t walk to pizza here. It’s honestly the best pizza in town.

There are a lot of pizza choices in town here and I think we've tried them all at this point. Save yourself some time and go straight to the best!

Awesome pizza! I change my pizza moods from chicago style to NY to thick deep dish pies to thin crust. When I am in the mood for NY style and NYC is over 3000 miles away, I come to Rafy's. Tons of options with really fresh ingredients. They also have a great gluten free crust option. Anytime we get one, we just devour it. This is a terrific local place - super friendly and accommodating, just a great part of the Petaluma community. 5 stars - check them out, you will eat well!

We just moved back to Sonoma County from New England and we frequented a pizza place in Connecticut that has been rated the number one pizza on the planet multiple times. Because of this, I think our pizza expectations are very high. Regardless, we were recommended by close friends to try this place because they were friends with the owner, and so we took them up on their recommendation. I placed our order online and I was able to do everything at a distance which was great for covid precautions. We drove over to the restaurant and picked up the 18 inch margarita pizza and an order of garlic knots and we took them home. On the drive, we both remarked that they smelled really good and we hoped they would taste as good as they smelled. Unfortunately we would be disappointed. The drive from the restaurant to our place was not that far, however by the time we got there everything had sort of congealed and the texture was very gummy on top and dry on the bottom. All of the cheese had re-adhered to each other after being sliced, and most of the garlic on the garlic knots had fallen off. I bit into the pizza first and I felt like the crust tasted like it had been pre-made and was dry and crunchy. When I ordered the pizza, it specified that the house specialty sauce was "medium spicy," however I did not taste any hot/spicy-ness in the sauce at all. I also asked to add garlic to our pizza and paid for that up-charge but I did not see any. The garlic knots left much to be desired and were also very dry with very little flavor to the actual dough, although the knot design itself was very professional looking. The ordering, paying, and pick-up part of the process was very easy and I felt like the price for the items was average for pizza in South County. That said, the quality and taste of these items was much lower than we were expecting. We ended up throwing away more than half of our pizza and almost all of the garlic knots because we didn't even want to keep them for leftovers which we otherwise always do. The location of this restaurant is optimal, right near the whole foods and on a popular thoroughfare with convenient parking. I used to go to the pizza place that was in the spot before this restaurant and they were by no means gourmet. However, Rafts predecessor was far superior in their quality and dedication to flavor. We will not likely be returning here, given how much other great food (and specifically pizza) is in Petaluma.
