We thought we would enjoy an Italian restaurant with a very nice decor based on the reviews and a person we met in front of the restaurant who recommended it to us.
But what a disappointment in terms of the cuisine...they were probably frozen products with very bland flavors and prices worthy of a good restaurant! In the end a salty addition with little flavor in the mouth...We do not recommend.

Had a great time on a whim at Risibisi. The food was great, bordering amazing. Atmosphere was nice. Not the most attentive staff on the outside patio, but attentive enough, staff was very friendly. Definitely a good spot that I will revisit.

It was raining out and we were seated outside under a tent and it was gorgeous. The food, service and staff were all amazing! Couldn’t have asked for a better dinner.

Parking: Make sure to pack your patience or wear shoes you can walk in.

Excellent Italian food, and surprisingly large portions. I would suggest coming during a less busy time as it can be a bit noisy at rush hour.

Risibisi was the pot of gold at the end of our Saturday adventure rainbow! We arrived at 3pm on a Saturday and they quickly seated us. Our orders arrived shortly; each was presented beautifully and each tasted exquisitely. Our 1 GF dish came as requested without hubbub. The pesto was flawless, and my pork tagliatelle was loaded with perfectly cooked shredded meat. Only missing experience for us was the outside dining location in the back of the restaurant, which looked ideal. Still, inside was quiet and pleasant.

We had the Braised Pork & Ricotta Meatballs with a side of bread, Orecchiette Salsiccia and the Gnocchi Wild Boar as well as the Elegante mock tail and Negroni Classico for drinks. Everything was spectacularly tasty and surpassed my expectations! The house made fennel sausage was so bright and flavorful. Only thing is I wish the bread was free for what it was, the bread is nothing special. But that’s such a small thing, definitely recommend going here! Big portions and great prices for entrees.

Beautifully-decorated with some time obviously spent on accessories. Service was warm and friendly but somewhat overwhelmed at times. Atmosphere was very lively and warm in the best Italian way. Cuisine was very good and wine list was nicely-selected with great Italian options to complement Sonoma
- Meatballs - very tender with a heavy panade used. Sauce was lovely but came out of kitchen lukewarm inside at best
- Heirloom tomato salad with burrata - Exquisite. Tomatoes picked at perfect ripeness and in season
- Spaghetti puttanesca - nicely al denté and nicely prepared if not a touch too “wet” for puttanesca

The service was good. The food was very bland as if no real seasoning was used. Nice menu options.

the pasta dishes are clearly microwaved. they came out seconds after ordering. that wouldn't be so bad if they at least tasted alright. the food was extremly bland. ordered a dirty martini and they couldnt even get that right. would not recomend when petaluma has many other italian options.

We’ve been here twice. Unfortunately we don’t plan on returning and wouldn’t recommend it to other diners.
The first time we were there was in 2021 and we ordered two specials, the lasagna and the pumpkin sage ravioli. The lasagna was excellent and we don’t remember having any complaints about the service, but there was so much sage in the ravioli it caused me to become nauseous before I could finish it. I tend to enjoy excessive amounts of herbs and spices but there is a limit to what a body can take and looking back I should have sent the dish back to be remade. Despite that, we gave them the benefit of the doubt and have talked positively about going back ever since.
We recently went back for my birthday dinner, we had the beef carpaccio and prosciutto bruschetta (special) appetizers, both of which were very good. For entrees we had the tagliatelle al maiale and the gnocchi wild boar. The tagliatelle was good, but the wild boar was very, very dry. Again, should have sent it back. On top of that there was a dinner rush shortly after we arrived and while the appetizers and entrees came out very quickly, the time between finishing our meal and closing out the check was around 45 minutes. That may have been partly due to them writing happy birthday on our tiramisu dessert plate with fudge and adding a candle, which was a very nice touch. But it was nevertheless an inordinately long time.

We held Risibisi in high regard after our first dining experience there, but unfortunately our most recent experience has changed our opinion.

Kid-friendliness: There were multiple parties with children, they seemed happy and welcomed.
