my mom placed an order for me and my friends. we waited 40 minutes until i mustered up enough courage to ask where our pizza was, to which they told me i never placed an order and there wasn’t a pizza under either my name or my moms. they told me to call her, and i did. apparently she never placed an order, and the only reason they didn’t make us pay twice was because she had the receipt. horrible experience for mid pizza.

Went in for the lunch buffet with my wife. After receiving our plates we noticed most all of the pizza was gone so we asked them to bring out some more pizza. We were told it was after 1:30 and they would not bring out more pizza. We asked to be refunded at least for one of our meal plates. They only refunded us $2. We only had our salads and a couple sodas.. and had to select from meager remaining pizza slices of only one choice if pizza. Extremely disappointing. We will not be returning to this location

This is for the McDowell Petaluma round table Highly recommend you visit another location. Got served bad food. Burnt gelly flat nasty pizza. Staff got attitude when I tried to bring it to their attention, they said that's how it is. I eventually got a remake, but that was undercooked and got sick eating the salad bar. Should've known better as there was absolutely no one in the restaurant from opening till almost 12 PM

I can’t understand companies anymore. I read one response from the owner that they were trying to streamline the ordering process and ensure accuracy. How hard is it for the workers in the place to take a phone call order for pizza. But now our call goes from Petaluma all the way to the Philippines and someone who doesn’t know the menu or any specials or anything tries to take the order but English is not their first language and they have for 3 out of 4 of my orders wrong to the point of me having to pay extra money at the store. Is it really working?? I don’t think so. Maybe you could consider going back to the old days when the workers could take a pizza order. It’s not like the place is unbelievably clean now or the workers offer great service for the dine in customers. With less work to perform I believe that they actually have become less efficient with their time for the customers. Just an idea. And just so you know most people don’t take the time to complain like this as it’s just not really nice or efficient way to get results. But maybe instead of the scripted reply of sorry we are trying you might make some fundamental changes that might result in better service. Good day!

I talked to an employee and noticed they got rid of the tip line due to the minimum wage increase and, I love tipping the hard working employees. Now they said we can just right it in, which seems scammy and not right from ownership. Food was decent though, sad that I can't tip the hardworking employees for bringing me the food and treating me with respect.
I came in for the salad bar, super fresh! Even the canned goods (beets,beans,olives,pepperoncini) were fresh. Chopped hard boiled egg was light and flavorful, fresh. Best salad bar I've had in a long time, too bad I live an hour away!
Vegetarian options: Salad bar is incredible, even have cauliflower and broccoli!
Kid-friendliness: They have games and a nice party room

Buffet is only on the weekends and there is a surprising lack of round tables. Opted for a booth instead! Small kiddy arcade in the back with air hockey! Came for lunch and just didn't have time to stay at the bar and watch TV. Save it for another trip, but day drinking at the round table pizza is now a bucket list item. Don't miss Harbor Freight across the parking lot, if you want back to back awesome deals.
