The gentleman who took our order was nice but as we waited we noticed he and the other associate making our order never washed their hands or wore gloves. They kept taking more orders as people came in and we noticed they continued to handle cash and just proceeded to grab the raw dough without washing their hands or wearing gloves. We probably won’t be back tho this location.

Food took a super long time to come out and there was like 2 people in the restaurant. Pizza was smaller then expected and tasted mediocre at best. There was only one person working.

I am SOOOO disappointed! I have always been able to count on what to expects with an RT pizza...for the last 40 years! Killer sauce, the right amount of cheese, lots of pepperoni and tons of mushrooms. So much topping coverage, you barely see cheese yet do see tomato sauce. Tonight as a special treat I spent $30 on a small pizza to be delivered. OMG, LOOK AT THIS...Way too much cheese (I had to take most of it off), NO tomato sauce and honestly..one entire mushroom over the whole thing. I'll never order from RT on Kentucky Ave. again. I'll only go to East side on McDowell. What a waste of money.

They got these employees struggling, one person working the shop and so the pizza dough was undercooked, took 45 minutes to get food. Unacceptable! ?

I ordered online and when I arrived at the pick up time they didn't have my order ready and the employees had an argument as one employee thought my food was given to another customer. They had to make my order while I waited which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead!

We have a downtown RTP location on Kentucky street, that is a good alternative, for quick takeout when we don't want Mary's Pizza or, Deep Dish at Old Chicago. Keller street Parking garage just next to the Original 1970's Golden Concourse steps that lead you through downtown. To Petaluma Blvd. Great ? Pizza break while you shop. And don't forget astop-by at Copperfield's Books.
Vegetarian options: Great personal size Veggie Pizza ? with Pesto, we add Sausage.
Kid-friendliness: Outside small Beer Garden with picnic style seating, roomy for after school kids or a stroller.
Parking: 2 hour block face parking downtown (and 2 - 3 blocks out, in residential streets, use your phone timer ⌛) and one three level parking garage 4 hr & 10 hr. at Keller St Garage, corner of Western Ave & Keller across from Wells Fargo. 2nd downtown Basin Street Parking Garage all-day> theatre District on 2nd St at C Street. Entry on C Street side.
Wheelchair accessibility: No steps in restaurant former Aram's Cafe- Topsy's Restaurant remodeled all ADA compliant facility.
