We stumbled across this place driving down the road. So happy we stopped. Great food and the owner is a really fun guy to meet. We had the Chicago Dog and the Chicago Beef & Sausage Sandwich both were amazing! Very knowledgeable chef, I love to share my homemade Cowboy Candy hot peppers with people that appreciate sweet, and spicy hot. Wish we lived closer.
A little further off the highway than those boring fast food places, but well worth it. Located at the Petaluma Livestock and Auction yard. Had a great Chicago dog and fries while listening to blues. Wonderful experience, even tho it was “just a hot dog”.

The Vienna beef jumbo dog was 100% on point, including with authentic sport peppers. For those of you that know what a Chicago dog is supposed to taste like, you'll be transported back to the Windy City. Can't wait to try their Italian beef next time. Nice folks and a cute vibe too.
