Went there on Sunday 1/20/19. Never been before, but heard great things. My first thought was IT'S EXPENSIVE. 25 bucks. I got the pick 2 meats and 2 sides. Pulled pork and brisket. For the price paid it should have been FRESH but honestly it was all dry and the brisket was dry and crumbly. The sides were good. Mac n cheese and baked beans. I probably wouldn't try again.

The new set up is not comfortable. Ordering before you sit down takes away the charm of dining out. Additionally, the sides being served in paper cups was a turn off, and the food was sub par. On the bright side, the service was very good.

It was great! Portions were a bit small but actually ok me. Food was good.

It was good before the new changes, like the service from other people was nice and the vibe all around was great, but now they changed their menu and they knocked out the burgers, which is just a mistake I feel. Knock something else off if you need more money or whatever the new situation is.

Received a gift card at Christmas, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Upon entering, I discovered a casual atmosphere with plenty of viewable TV's for sporting events, etc. Ordered at the counter and took the cashier's suggestion to try the Briskett Sandwich. Not only was it tender enough to melt in your mouth, the flavor was absolutely phenomenal! They offer 3 different choices of bbq sauce from sweet and tangy to a spicy sauce which has a great initial taste, followed by an afterburner of spice! Beware! Took a friend of mine who is also a healthy eater, and both of us were surprisingly full upon departing. Will definitely return soon!

Wish I could give a better review. This place seems to go thru a major change every time I come back. Most recent is there are no servers to take your order. We didn't realize this until we walked up to the bartender to ask if we needed to place our order with him since we were sitting at a high top near the bar, he then explained the ordering process. Not sure we will go back.... The location is great, drinks are decent, food is hit or miss, but now the service piece makes you feel like you are at a fast food place.

Table service gone, menu (and staff) reduced, small overpriced portions. Looks like a restaraunt trying desperately to hang on to it‘s existence. Used to love going there, now it's done. Starting a pool on how much longer it's still there.

Tasty selection of traditional BBQ items in a large space somewhat hampered by ownership's attempt to also be a sports bar. They have the audio from one sporting event from the many screens loudly broadcasting over the entire restaurant. They did turn off the sound in the smaller room we ate in, but I never understand why sports sound from one game needs to blaring in a food establishment at all. Sports fans are used to watching a game without the audio in this kind of venue. Better to have music on the sound system. The food is very good, so I don't know why they have to try to be a sports bar too.

Wow, used to be one of my favorite spots. Not coming back. No burnt ends, half the menu is gone. Fried pickles are horrific. Makes hooters 5star dining. Such a shame- plummeting once success of a chain. I want my upfront tip back....

They gutted their menu and totally changed the flow of service (probably to spend less on employees). Used to love this place and now I'm highly disappointed. Won't be making the drive down anymore.

I'm sad about the shift to automated kiosks. The menu is just too big for their new system. I miss the old vibe it used to have. Even then, the sides was missing all the items I love. This made my food selection much harder and having to stand at the kiosk awkward and could tell the staff was growing inpatient as I needed to order something completely different. Over all, wasn't happy with the food this time around. I don't think I'll be back any time soon.

Sauced has succumbed to automated dining.

$34 dollars a pound for “burnt ends”. Covered in dark sauce. No way of really knowing if they are burnt ends because of the sauce. And no real way of enjoying the flavor besides the sauce. Such a waste and no way to choose sauce on the side or ask for it with their computer ordering screens. If it's worth $34 dollars a pound, good BBQ shouldn't have to hide its flavor in sauce.

Great for kids. Seems like they changed the menu a bit, but still tastey. They have healthy portions...salads are huge!
